Very helpful gave us good advice and we took it. Russ the sales Manager was helpful as well and we always felt comfortable at this dealership. Bought the truck and so far all is good. Called up the advanced auto parts to see if they are ready,and they were. 20 minutes later I get there we process the order and a core charge discount with the online discount totaling 460.oo .Valentine's was the gentleman that helped me and he installed them for me ...all this done in 40 min.My truck is a Diesel and has a 10" lift so it was a hard install. “My car battery died just as dusk was settling in. Got a jump start and arrived after full dark. They put the battery in even tho policy was not to after dark. They had only one other customer at the time so they offered to do the install. Thank God! Don't think I could have managed the switch. Batteries were too heavy and too tight a fit, and I'd have needed a ladder.”

“My check engine light had came on and my transmission wasn't going into gear. I called Sam and had AAA come get my van to drop off at his shop. He went above and beyond to check out everything that could possibly be wrong. Kept me updated every step of the way. Very honest and great price for what he had to do with my transmission and abs module. Definitely recommend him to anyone that needs work done. I will be using him for now on as my mechanic. Can not thank you and your team enough! My van is shifting nicely and my brakes are easy to use without them being stiff.”

I asked him to remove my old ones and place the new ones on. He gladly obliged. He is a very nice and courteous young man. I enjoyed talking with him while he replaced my old ones. “We drove 50 miles to get there and managed to get there right before they closed. We needed a fuel pump for a Mercury Tracer. They knew we were coming so they had 2 ready. They told my husband if they didn't work to come back tomorrow and they would get him another one. Unfortunately, neither one works. So he will make another trip there tomorrow.”

“So as this being an excellent place of business and get everything on time in the most sufficient manner. The employees, all but one give you the upmost respect. I had a bad encounter with this guy Rob. He would give me the "wasting my time" looks and would talk down to me like he was better than me. Also the information he gave me i had later learned was incorrect telling me the products are all the same. The products did not contain all of the same indregient which in turn would congeal and ruin my vehicle. Returned the product the next day. But other than him, i love the place but will not purchase from him personally ever again.”
