Purchased a used transmission but once it was installed, it didn’t shift right so my son took it back. They refused to swap it for another one and actually tried to say that it wasn’t the transmission we purchased. So now I’m out $950 and no transmission

“My visit to the O'Reilly's on county line was just for a couple of bolts for a belt tensioner. I didn't get her name but the lady that helped was fantastic. She went out of her way to make sure I received excellent customer service. I wish I would have taken the time to get her name because she deserves the recognition. For that reason I will describe her: Blonde mid length with glasses and wore a green polo shirt with a grey jacket. Next time I'm in I'll make an effort to pay attention to the names.”
“AutoZone in Spring Hill is a convenient place to pick up basic automotive supplies, replacement parts, fluids, batteries, and cleaning products. The store has a good selection, and the employees are generally helpful when locating an item or checking which part fits your vehicle. Services such as battery testing and code scanning are also useful.
However, the store can become busy, and the wait for assistance may be longer than expected when only a few employees are available. Prices are competitive on some items but higher on others, so it is worth comparing before purchasing. Overall, it is a helpful neighborhood auto-parts store, but faster service and more consistent staffing would improve the customer experience.”

“Mark at the counter kicks .. (um, you know)! He'll let you know where the vehicle is, you sign in, go into the yard, get your part(s) (if it's still on the vehicle), settle up, and that's it. I'll be back.
Update: That was for a wheel a few months ago. Today, 8/27/26, I met with Anthony, who answered the phone *after* closing last night. He invited me to go there - that he would most likely have what I was looking for already on a shelf. When I got there this afternoon he had one of his guys pull the part off the shelf in back and brought it right to the counter. I don't know how much more cool that could be. I might have been at the counter 15 minutes. As I said in the first part of this post, I'll be back And, for sure; this place is on my to go to list for used parts!”
“After the Dealership broke a band while plugging a nail in my tire and wouldn't do anything about it...these guys got me in quick, made everything safe again (the car shook after leaving the dealership) packed up and put in my car the damaged tire to take back to the dealership. They also made sure I knew all about they warranty that came along with it since we have Wm+ . A perk I didn't really know. Thanks again guys!”
