Jim is hard worker, he knows the equipment and doesn’t waste time when repairing it. He started the day early, did a number of repairs and finished the day late and he communicated

“I accidentally got into a swimming pool with my non waterproof cell approximately two months ago, everything on the cell worked except the charging port when I got out. I had to charge the cell with the magnetic charger. You don’t realize how important that port is until you don’t have it. Well…6 minutes in ubreakifix it was fixed. Guess what…no charge. Of course I had to tip the young man. He was great.”
