“I went to your store today for the first time. Steve has helped me from the time I called the store yesterday, & when I was at the Store today. He was very polite , very knowledgeable and tested my cell phone on all levels. Ended up saving me money. Turned out I didn't need a battery ( which is why I drove down to that store. To pay & order a new battery! It turned out I only needed a new charging cord! I came home & put it on that new cord and my phone is perfect after charging it 100% Steve is very professional and personable! I am a very happy with the service from him at your store!. I used to work Human Resources @ General Electric years ago! He's young man that's a keeper to move up in your company!”

“David was amazing he figured out it out in 3minutes and had a replacement capacitor installed in 5 minutes the pumps running great and we’re back n the pool again thanks David and Russel’s Pool if seizes up again we’ll be calling Russel’s pool services to come and put a new motor in !!!!”

“I accidentally got into a swimming pool with my non waterproof cell approximately two months ago, everything on the cell worked except the charging port when I got out. I had to charge the cell with the magnetic charger. You don’t realize how important that port is until you don’t have it. Well…6 minutes in ubreakifix it was fixed. Guess what…no charge. Of course I had to tip the young man. He was great.”

“The Sears Service Tech, Jim, was great. He recognized the problem, ordered the appropriate parts, the parts were delivered directly to our home in 2 days and Jim returned to install the new parts. Jim is hard worker, he knows the equipment and doesn’t waste time when repairing it. He started the day early, did a number of repairs and finished the day late and he communicated with us on arrival time!! Thanks Jim👍”
