In the early mornings I could see it getting busy & taking a while for your order - but it's not a MacDs so either call ahead or be patient 🤷
Ordered the B,E, & Cheese on an English muffin 😎👌 no complaints, worth the wait!”

“Delicious honey at a convenient self serve station. After getting milk at Irish Acres they had recommended to try down the road for some honey. Upon driving up it was a cute self serving stand set up with jars to try all the different flavors of honey which I appreciated since I’m new to learning about flowers and the flavors it has on honey. My girlfriend loved trying out the hot honey. The wildflower palmetto honey is my favorite and I bought a massive jar that I finished in only a month because it was so good. Will be returning soon to stock up on more! Also if you don’t have cash you can use PayPal which is very helpful”

“I had a dental procedure done and needed to pick up a prescription on the way home. The first pharmacy I went to had a wait time of 2 hours, the other one was closed because they were had no power. I thought I would give Publix a try seeing how I use them for my groceries.
I was not at all disappointed. It took them 20 minutes to fill the prescription and it came with the smile we've all grown to expect from Publix employees .
From now on this will be my place to fill prescriptions.”

“What would I do without DG CLOSE AND IN A PINCH THEY HAVE MOST ANYTHING YOU ARE OUT OF AND NEED IMMEDIATELY. I am now adding. In store memorial day Monday 2026. 12 in line in front of me and 12 behind with one employee. Shame for security of your employee and how much merchandise walks out the door. POOR MANAGEMENT!!”
“Store #21730 on Cortez in B'ville, had it's doors wide open, gotta feel like 100 degree day! Ms. Carolyn greeted me with a big smile but a sweaty brow, NO AIR CONDITIONING. I thought if she can work today, I can shop today. But the heat got to me, I headed for the check out. Ms Carolyn cheerfully asked, "Did I find everything I needed today ?" I replied, actually I couldn't find scissors! She said, "they are in stationery, you wait right here and I'll go a pair for you". Ms. Carolyn was a helpful older sweetheart. I doubt today's younger clerk would even ask a question, let alone go out of their way to grab an item for me in my late 60s!
I hope Dollar General recognizes what a dedicated employee they have and it was my pleasure to be talking a bit with a good hearted neighbor helping me get an item I really needed. Hope that A/C is fixed soon!”
“This store is awesome. Low prices, friendly atmosphere and super clean. I can smell the cleanliness as soon as I walk in the door. They also have a diverse selection of items for sale. Everything from cigarettes to clothing and sunglasses for the beach. Staff is super friendly and store is easy to get in and out on US41.”
“This place was amazing. The prices were great, you’re able to get the store brand yogurt for less than a buck! (Also it tastes great, I got strawberry-banana) The staff were also wonderful. Needed to find the bathroom and gave us (I was with my mom) directions straight to it!”
“My favorite Dollar General!! I do a lot of my shopping there! I have had great service by employees. And I find it the cleanest of all Dollar Generals I have visited! They are getting more help now, which is helping the Manager and Assistant Manager especially when they get a truck full of merchandise. It was impossible for a single person to check out customers and stock the store. I think it works a little better with more employees. All together, it remains my favorite store! Exceptionally well stocked, very clean, and I enjoy the store management's kind assistance and I will continue to do much of my shopping there!”
“You need flash or signs to show where u are as well come up on u on the road ?️ we pass by n then people go on to Publix.. but if u had a sign flag light ?️ anything is n others won't be going as fast n stop. We light to grab stuff on the way past but miss u n we pass often cruising up n down the Gulf coast. Ty”

“I had scheduled an appointment online for my one of two shingles shots at the Walmart Pharmacy here. Not only was I an hour early but they took me as a walk-in and I waited maybe 8 minutes and the procedure only took two so I was in and out in 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful as always”
