“One of my doctors began sending prescriptions here because I live nearby. I’ve been sick for the last year so you can imagine what a blessing home delivery has been. I wanted to thank you for getting my antibiotics and probiotics delivered to me on Monday, which was the day I was diagnosed. My appreciation to you all”
“I like the store their prices are a little expensive. Their service is good. I guess you have to pay for the service. I mean they are very nice and will show you where things are at. But I still feel the prices are a little higher than most places.”
“One are the most helpful friendliest staffed drugstores. I have run across and they answer the phone . more willing to address your questions and concerns . And the best part it seems like the pharmacist is always there not like other locations where they might be there and they might not be I am so pleased with the service I get here the knowledge. You're pulling your hair out trying to get your scripts filled give them a call and watch how smooth it can go”
“Very friendly staff, there to help you in whatever way they can. It's been awhile since pharmacy staff will actually laugh and smile and interact with you all while still doing their job.”
“They are very professional and friendly. Treat you like family and process your prescriptions in a timely manner. I’m so glad I switched from Cortez drugs.”
“This is the best staff I have ever dealt with. The staff is always available to help me with any concerns I may have. The staff is awesome. Thank you for your great service that you have provided me over the years.”
“The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and willing to help with our patients. It’s great to work with them and their staff. Our parents have nothing but good words to share about them. One patient said ”I get treated like a human being!” I was happy to hear that and sad to know that their experience was otherwise somewhere else.”
“I have been searching for a pharmacy that actually cares for their patients and willing to help in time of need. This is the place. I never want to enter CVS or Walgreens again. Trust my new pharmacy and I highly recommend them to anyone that is fed up with being treated like a soulless number.”

“One of the two best pharmacies I have ever used. During the winter I get many medications filled. Their pharmacy employees are knowledgeable and very helpful. This pharmacy always has my medications in stock. And their communication is extremely good and helpful.”
“I get all of my medications here as well as my husband's meds and couldn't be more pleased with the service we receive. Prescriptions are ready in a timely manner and counseling is offered for any new medications. They even answer any questions I have about over the counter medications. Special shout out to Tim and Melissa!!”
“No line.2:00 pm my problem is the handicap carts. Today was no exception. Halfway through shopping, cart died. Transfer items to different cart. Second cart dies at the entrance. Bring vehicle to cart Sam's need to replace these junk carts.”
“Our clinic loves this pharmacy. Highly professional. Very thorough. Excellent customer service. Everything is done with perfection on the basis of provider care and patient care. They are rockstars!”
“I could have easily chosen a pharmacy much closer to my home, however, the care, concern and complete satisfaction would not be met! I just love Sam's pharmacy. The best pharmacists are at Sam's”
“Sam’s Club gasoline pricing is VERY competitive and typically LOWER cost than Exxon, Mobile, 7-Eleven and more. Sam’s Club makes it fairly easy to use the app to pay. Simply open the Sam’s Club app, click “Scan and Go” then scan the barcode (to recognize the pump number). Upon completion, if you have a form of payment attached to your app, simply click “Pay.””
“The team here is always very helpful & informative. Never have to wait long for a pick up, keep up the great work!! I had a few questions about my prescription, Lea was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do!”
“I had to get some meds from the doctor in a hurry and they were on it. I dropped it off and less than 1 hour the 2 prescriptions were ready and out the door, I got 2 calls from them and a voice mail but I was in the parking. Lot waiting. Got to the pick up window pharmacist was very friendly to the older lady head of me and gave me great instructions. I travel a lot and people in Florida are just better people it seems idk Shout out to that guy !!! You know who you are brother !!”
“I've dealt with this pharmacy for years they were great all through the years if all the pharmacies didn't have the medicine my wife was looking for they did and not only that they would accept partial payments like visa and card all the pharmacies I couldn't do that the staff is nice everybody there is friendly my only issue is this the hours of operation something has to be done about that the voice messaging system when you call and they can't get to the phone says 6:00 p.m. that's not true it's really 5:00 p.m. but even if you show up at 4:30 sometimes Don leaves early you really got a call before you go but other than that everything's great”
“Picked up my order yesterday. Such an easy process, you order in the app, pay and you get a pickup slot. When you arrive you check in on the app and wait... they bring everything out to you and off you go. I went on Monday at4pm and it took about 10 min for the team to bring out my items. Love this option from Sam's.”
“We shop at this Sam's Club about every other month for a large grocery haul. We do not have a Sam's Club in our County and this store is the closest at a 25 minute drive. Most of the time this location is well stocked but recently we noticed some staples like butter, heavy whipping cream and eggs were hit or miss. So when we find these necessities, we now stock up so we don't have to travel again to shop. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and friendly- love the free samples to try items we have never purchased before. Their rotisserie chickens are big, beautiful and priced well. We always purchase one to eat that day after the long drive and shopping. We get a lot of other things besides food - Sam's has a rather large wine section plus they have a section for personal care and vitamins in front of their pharmacy . Then they have a clothes section, books and toy section near the outdoor section near the electronics. Anything you can think of they have - cleaning solutions, beverages galore. You can spend many hours shopping and discovering new items. After going through the check out line there is a small Cafe that offers drinks, pizzas, hot dogs, yogurt parfaits, a Ceasars salad, frozen yogurt, pretzels and Icees. My family always sits down and has a snack after all that walking around. One of my favorite places to shop and I look forward to one day having a Sam's Club in our County.”
“Everybody at this location which I've been going to since I moved here a few years back is always on the ball, very professional, as well as just making you feel comfortable. As long as the App doesn't pull you in lol. Sometimes you have to call the double check because I think can have a mind of its own Terminator style.”
“the pharmacist Jennifer is amazing no judgment on prescriptions she always has a smile always willing to help honestly one of the best pharmacists I've ever dealt with thank you so much for your time and efforts Jennifer keep it up”
“Had a great experience yesterday when needing a time-critical vaccination. They were just about to break for lunch, which I had not anticipated but Jill the Pharmacy Manager stepped up and accommodated me right away. She was professional yet friendly, I was grateful to get it done and be on my way. I would go out of my way to visit this location now, based on Jill's can-do attitude, effectiveness and empathy.”
“Beautiful, clean and well-stocked store at the 20020 Cortez Blvd location. It had a great variety of snacks and some really cool toys. Ample parking, every employee I interacted with was incredibly friendly and helpful! I used the photo section, but I have never used the Pharmacy there.”
Loblaw Companies Limited is putting serious money into its retail network this year. Canada's largest food and pharmacy retailer announced it will spend $2.4 billion in 2026 to open new stores, renovate existing locations and strengthen its supply chain. The company plans to open 70 new stores in 2026. That includes 34 Shoppers Drug Mart and Pharmaprix pharmacies and care clinics, along with 31 hard-discount No Frills and Maxi grocery stores. On top of the new openings, Loblaw will renovate another 191 stores and continue construction on a roughly 1.2 million-square-foot automated distribution center in Caledon, Ontario.
