Constantly losing lab orders and then calling you at 6am the next morning to say they found it. It’s maddening when they are only open until 2 and you work sun up to sun down

I went in to get a test for work and the ladies at the office were super nice! The wait wasnt long at first, when i went back it was Duane doing my test and he was super funny and nice and professional.
