“This is the first time I have been there. Very modern. It was very weird that when I went in, I didn't see a receptionist. There was only a screen to check in. I can understand that for some people, this can be a negative. But I personally didn't mind. After signing in, I waited, and literally exactly at my appointment time, I was called in. The nurse asked me for my doctor, and I couldn't remember the name, but he previously sent them my information already. So she asked, "Is this your doctor." Immediately, I recognized the name, so I said yes. I paid the copay. She took the blood. And I was out in 4 minutes flat. Literally. Painless and convenient. I definitely enjoyed the experience.”
