I was a walk in today September 17th, Wednesday. Apparently they are closed due to a car driving though their front office last week! I did not know this, they should post this on there website or on google maps! 😳

Best to make appointments because otherwise you sit and wait for an hour or more because they take appointments first then walk ins it’s very crowded also all the time and you may have to stand up the whole time

No help for people at the front desk. No one at the front desk. Check - in is very confusing for many people. Appointments running late. All in all, a terribly managed office... actually no management.

RUDE!!!!!!! Unprofessional. I have never been treated like such an inconvenience!!! I work in a jail and watch the inmates get more respect than what I just went through with these people. They didn't have my lab orders so I had my doctor on the phone waiting to speak to them. They would not give me the time of day. I sat here for an extra hour for something that took less than 1 min. To figure out. Their answer to any question you have is........ go sit down.

I had an extremely unprofessional experience at this location. When I arrived—during what was clearly a busy hour—there was nobody at the front desk to check me in or even acknowledge my presence. I waited patiently, hoping to confirm whether they accepted my insurance before proceeding. After a long period of no communication, someone finally came out—but didn’t acknowledge me at all. They grabbed what they needed and walked away without saying a word. The entire encounter felt dismissive and disorganized. After waiting so long just to be ignored, I ended up walking out. I won’t be returning.

Have been going here for years. Service has always been good and appointment times were kept. Today NOT SO. Place was packed, no place to sit or stand. Appointment was 28 minutes late and staff was very unfriendly and indifferent. Not sure I will keep using this facility.
