“Went in to check if they had snake food. No didn't have any snake food but had the best variety and selection of the best dog and cat food to feed your pets. Made with real ingredients, from dry food to raw food. They are very informative for any questions you might have about what's best for your animal and the best customer service family operated and truly a place that cares about the eating our fur babies need to have a better healthier life. Will be coming back to shop for my dogs and cats. Had to find another place for my snake lol. But I'm glad to find a place that truly cares about the food our animals eat”

“The staff is great ! Make you feel like friends instead of customers. Grateful for all the help from Mike and Chris with my custom feed orders. All the guys that load the feed are the best. All hay and feed is always fresh. They stock DAC, Kalmbach feeds, tribute, Knights Feed, Buckeye and Nutrena, plus others. They also carry the essential wormers, supplements and treats for your animals. Worth the drive. We come from Tampa.”

“I don't live very far from their facility, so they offered to let me stop in for my purchase. It's not a retail store but they were very accommodating. I got 1,000 worms and they looked great. Feeding them to a mating pair of bluebirds. Will make the drive again when needed.”

“We purchased our tadpole/frog (Bully) for my daughter's 10th birthday -- she is now 42 years old, and the frog is still very much alive with me -- I sometimes forget to feed it for a couple of days but it seems to be working~so glad I can still buy food for it!”

“It was an extremely disappointing visit until the young lady (Charliz?) stepped in. I had made an appointment 24 hours prior and noted the issue. When I got to the appointment they said the treatment my dog needed could not be provided due to them being short staffed. So, send me on my way with a severely injured pet, it was unreal. Just before I left this worker stepped in. She was the only lady on this day. She was willing to work on my dog so that the doctor could see the area. She patiently & lovingly clipped my dog with my help. She even stopped to give him a break once. She provided him treats. I just could not say enough about this worker. She got my dog prepped enough for the doctor to prescribe the proper treatment. He needed 3 types of antibiotic treatment!! You were going to send me away with my pet suffering & me so mad that I was never going to spend another cent in any of your stores the rest of my life! And tell everyone I knew NOT to go there. I hope you incentivize this young lady. She has a heart and stood up for what was right. Picture included so you can see the severity of what my dog was dealing with, what your vets turned away due to under staffing. DO BETTER or get out of the Vet business!!!!”

“Only bad thing is they don't have enough help loading feed . I needed help and a lady who looked in worse shape than me ended up doing it , I was embarrassed that I had ask upon seeing that. Although bless her heart she worked very hard.”
