“Great store, always clean, well stocked. I love that their [few] animals for sale seem happy, well fed, in clean enclosures; emphasis on FEW, because having >2 bearded dragons or geckos in ONE enclosure, like other nearby pet stores is downright cruel and irresponsible.
Special shout-out to John, who's a HANDS ON owner, constantly patrolling the premises, making sure customers are finding everything they need. I've special needs kitties (elderly, diabetic) w/ tough plates to please--John took the time to research good options.
Most of the staff seems well-trained, and versed in many species: I've been given great advice on my cats, bearded dragon, geckos and guinea pigs.
I also appreciate the wonderful cat adoption room...another Pet Supplies Plus I've been to has a *broom closet*, but this one is spacious and fun, so the kitties have room to roam, play and show off.”
“God my little dog a pawdicure plus and they were fast and good and my dog felt safe even for his skiddish self he smelled great had a good bandana and got a couple new toys :)”
“Took my grands into Pet Supermarket as they wanted to see if the store had any Axolotls.
One of the associates was very nice and showed us where the Axolotl was. My grands got excited. This store was clean and associates were nice. We took home some dog cookies and also a food topper of chicken/salmon and a peanut butter lick dish.
Plenty of places to park.”
“Nick and the team care a huge amount about making sure the owners know what they are doing and how to take care of their pets. Really appreciate him walking us through getting a musk turtle and everything that we would need to take care of him. Great communication, experience and great people. Highly recommend.”
“We took our 3 mini poodles and I am very impressed with their work. They smell nice, not like regular dog, ears done, quick call back and the dogs were happy when we picked them up. I think we found our for ever groomers. Great job!”

“Rural King is a fun store to shop. They have a good variety of everything from clothing to guns to food items. They also have a lot of unique items so you should check out the whole store. Everything is reasonably priced. The lines get long but the cashier's keep everyone moving and staff are very nice. Don't forget to grab your free popcorn before you walk around. Rural King is also a very family friendly store.”
