“So My 70lb Golden Doodle, Edith, went in for spay on Friday 9/4..She is 19 months old. I got her at 13 months. She had a litter of 8 healthy puppies before I got her at 11 months..on day 3 after spay she was dripping blood late at night..It was labor day so I rushed her to ER ..Vet said her breast being so long could be rubbing against it. They put a surgical suit on her..I knew Pet luv was against that..so I took her back to pet luv on Wednesday 9/9 as she was still bleeding..I was almost inconsolable..it had been 5 days of worry !.Pet Luv jumped into action !..in minutes they had calmed me down ..and fixed her tiny open end..These folks are unreal !!.Kaitlyn and everyone could have not been more thorough..she said she had only seen this once before..but she would be fine ..AND SHE IS !!..48 HRS LATER. she looks great !!!..acting like herself..thank you everyone at Pet luv❤”

“Absolutely — I’d make it warm and personal, while emphasizing just how exceptional they were with your dog. We had such a wonderful experience at ASAP Animal Clinic. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff and the care they gave my dog. I have an 80-pound Black Mouth Cur who is extremely nervous and reactive around strangers, and it is very difficult for most people—even vets—to get close enough to him to examine him. He came in with an injured nail, and I was honestly worried about how we were going to get anyone near him. The gentleman who came into the room was absolutely amazing. Instead of rushing him or trying to force an examination, he sat down and patiently waited for my dog to calm down. He was so calm, confident, and completely unbothered by my dog’s nervous behavior and barking which can be very intimidating to almost everyone he meets. Once my dog started to relax, he sat on the floor with him, held him, loved on him, and gained his trust enough so the staff could safely trim the injured nail. What really amazed me was that my dog absolutely LOVED him. I have never seen him warm up to a stranger like that, especially that quickly. The fact that this man wasn’t afraid of him and knew exactly how to handle a nervous, reactive dog made such a huge difference. His patience and genuine kindness was incredible. The veterinarian and her helper were also wonderful. They was very kind, patient, and gentle with him, and we really liked both of them as well. The entire experience was much less stressful than I expected, and I left feeling like my dog was genuinely cared for rather than just treated. I’m beyond impressed with ASAP Animal Clinic and their entire team. When you have a difficult-to-handle dog, finding people who are patient, understanding, and truly comfortable working with them is priceless. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be going back!”

“Love this place! I take my first cat there for checks and it's the only place I will take her. They are great and have helped me with many of my needs and questions. They are very knowledgeable and kind. They provide a fantastic atmosphere for your cats to come into(since going to vet for some cats that can be stressful). They have been a great help with this little feral cat I have rescued who had some leg or hip issues and a few more health due to her starting life outside. I appreciate all the help and time they have spend helping me figure out how to help the little girl and give her a better life. This is just a great place to take your cats wouldn't take my cats anywhere but here!”

“EXCELLENT SERVICE! Vet. Dr. Ricci called me personally and communicated with me about my baby Rocky, my doggie. Rocky got fish hooks in his mouth and Dr. Ricci came in early & worked on him right away in the morning. She did nothing unnecessary nor suggested any $$$ remedies. She pulled out the hooks with sedation and got our Rocky back to us while she ascertained info about his injury to make sure he didn’t swallow metal. Such a pro. Such a fair deal from this doctor! “This week I saw Dr John Golphin he was fantastic, so gentle while throughly examining my nervous 12 year old, shaking chihuahua. His diagnosis was spot on! 2 days on medicine and she is almost her old self. Technicians are all always so pleasant and happy. Highly reccomend this facility gor your fur babies needs.”

“I have a cat who stresses terribly when he has to be transported in a carrier. Even sedation doesn’t help. I decided to try Dr. helm, and am so happy I did. She and her tech Tracy took wonderful care of my cat. He needed a wellness exam and shots, and some baseline blood work. They were gentle and caring, and Dr. Helm gave him a thorough exam. It was stress free for my cat, and me! I would definitely recommend her!”

“It was an extremely disappointing visit until the young lady (Charliz?) stepped in. I had made an appointment 24 hours prior and noted the issue. When I got to the appointment they said the treatment my dog needed could not be provided due to them being short staffed. So, send me on my way with a severely injured pet, it was unreal. Just before I left this worker stepped in. She was the only lady on this day. She was willing to work on my dog so that the doctor could see the area. She patiently & lovingly clipped my dog with my help. She even stopped to give him a break once. She provided him treats. I just could not say enough about this worker. She got my dog prepped enough for the doctor to prescribe the proper treatment. He needed 3 types of antibiotic treatment!! You were going to send me away with my pet suffering & me so mad that I was never going to spend another cent in any of your stores the rest of my life! And tell everyone I knew NOT to go there. I hope you incentivize this young lady. She has a heart and stood up for what was right. Picture included so you can see the severity of what my dog was dealing with, what your vets turned away due to under staffing. DO BETTER or get out of the Vet business!!!!”
