“I was attempting to go run some errands a few days before Christmas and when I tried to start my car, it would not start. I called my roadside service company and they sent someone else to jumpstart my battery, but the car still would not start and the technician told me he believed that the starter of my car was gone. There was nothing I could do as it was already late in the day, but I called mobile Mark to make an appointment for the next morning. Sure enough, right on time, Ryan with mobile Mark came to my home and attempted to jump start my battery, it took a couple of tries but the car started up almost immediately. Obviously, there was nothing wrong with my starter it was just a dead battery. Ryan offered to get a new battery installed so that I could get on my way, but since my car was running I just drove to an auto parts store and got a new battery installed. I have used mobile Mark several times for various items on my vehicle and I have never been disappointed. This was the first time I had them come to my home, I usually go to their shop in Bunnell. They are honest, efficient, and reliable. I highly recommend mobile mark. Thank you for saving my Christmas!”

“After having no success in my home state for 3 MONTHS, I brought my car search to Florida for some family support. Being a single furloughed mom, I was on a limited budget to find my daughter a safe and reliable first car. Roman was amazing! Patient, understand, not pushy and never made me be feel like all I had to offer wasn't good enough. Roman stayed after hours to meet with me and even came back to the shop after family obligations. Roman arranged us to bring the vehicle to a nearby mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection and cooperated with the mechanic every step of the way. He went above and beyond and EXCEEDED the small brake pad job the mechanic suggested by replacing the brakes, rotors and giving the car an oil change. Roman was slightly negotiable to ensure I purchased the right car for my needs. He explained all the details of the paperwork thoroughly and ensured I understood the out-of-state buying process. We left with an amazing 2016 QUALITY Ford Escape for my daughter. Complete CarFax was provided showing one owner and no accidents. I drove the vehicle 10 hours home the next day and had not a single problem. Our family is truly thankful for the trustworthy care and quality vehicle we received from Roman and Flagler Auto and would absolutely direct loved ones to this family business!!!”

“My 2019 Lexus RX 450h check maintenance light came on and wouldn't reset. There is a FIXD diagnostic sensor attached to the car's OBD and it didn't show any codes. So I asked the front desk if someone could check the OBD, since the shop's diagnostics are more thorough than mine. One of the mechanics came out and ran the diagnostics, and told me that the oil change notification was over due. I told the mechanic that the was oil changed about a week earlier, but apparently the service engine light wasn't reset. The mechanic reset the service light and I was good to go! Everyone working there was laid back and very nice. Although they didn't get anything for the diagnosis, they just got a new customer. I will have my oil change there (competitive prices) and anything else that's required for my vehicle.”

I called him this morning with an issue with the a/c in the car and he invited me to bring it in “anytime.” I drove straight there, told him the problem, and he knew what it was right away. “My car caught on fire (not joking) and Saxon's Wrecker was the tow service on rotation with the Flagler Sheriff that day. I didn't have much interaction with the driver but it seemed fine. I had to go get my plate and items out of the car at the yard the other day and had the nicest interactions with Melissa and Don while there. I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation. I would recommend them if you ever need a towing service, and have heard by word of mouth that they are skilled and fair with their mechanic service. Highly recommend, and appreciate the great service they provided.”
