The shop is impeccably clean, and all the mechanics are courteous!! John made me feel very comfortable right away because of his extensive knowledge of foreign cars!! I just knew I was in the right place!! Even though shop is busy, they had my car ready the same day!! I had brought my car originally to Fields BMW where they charged me an astronomical diagnosis fee and an estimate for over $2600… John diagnosed and completed my repair for only $800 dollars. “After calling a few places to get a flat tire plugged (Didn't seem like anybody wanted the business) I called Manny and Ralphy's. They told me to bring it down. When I got there they stopped what they were doing to work on the tire I brought them. These guys were personable and professional. They fixed the tire and didn't gouge me on the price. I was most appreciative. I wouldn't hesitate to have them diagnose and fix my car. Chances are pretty good I will be back at some point.”

“My twin sister and I had car trouble and limped off I95 in Palm Coast on Friday the 13th. We called this number that said they had 24 hour roadside assistance. Two young men showed up to help. They put their computers on the engine and diagnosed it as a transmission problem. Since the car was drivable, they lead us to a nearby hotel for the night. These young men could have taken advantage of our bad situation but did not. I can't say enough nice things about the service they provided.”

Right as I came in Natalie was so welcoming and efficient, even when I was waiting she made sure to let me know what’s going on and made conversation with everyone. Her and Jean even made sure I knew what I was paying for and gave me a good price. Jean was also very friendly gave me a good deal and helped make sure my car was in good working shape. Also the workers there were getting things done making sure the customers were happy, Thomas was zooming around keeping busy and working hard, should promote the guy lol. I just pulled out of a mechanic on US-1 made the turn on 100 my car died again call the mechanics. He said just just let it sit there for a little bit and then started see what happens and nothing happened I was waiting for my tow to come when John helped me and asked if he could just check on my car. He told me that he was a mechanic and if I decided to use them great if not no problem. So I took a chance and I called him and had him come over and fix my car he did a great job I'm back on the road I won't miss work tomorrow thank you so much. He checked it and called to report what he found. It needed a part which he ordered. Unfortunately he needed to keep the car. We called him to let him know we were leaving palm coast to head back home. He got the part. Repaired the car and his price was so reasonable, we couldn't believe it.
