“Upon the recommendation of my general maintenance auto mechanics for services specific to my 2020 BMW 430i convertible, I brought it to GEA for repairs that had been diagnosed as necessary by my local BMW dealer. Utilizing the video inspection provided by BMW, I was quoted the repairs cost at just a bit more than half the cost quoted by BMW. I was eager to get the repairs completed and arranged for it to be done as soon as the BMW parts were delivered. During the repair process I received a phone call from GEA's absolutely delightful desk agent Patricia, who informed me that BMW had misdiagnosed the problem: I did not need the entire new part assembly, the actual cost of repairs would be about half the amount GEA had originally quoted, and the superfluous part would be returned to BMW to ensure GEA's refund. To top it off, the car would be ready a full day ahead of the estimate. Now that's service! I can't recommended this business more enthusiastically!! Thanks to all.”

“My car caught on fire (not joking) and Saxon's Wrecker was the tow service on rotation with the Flagler Sheriff that day. I didn't have much interaction with the driver but it seemed fine. I had to go get my plate and items out of the car at the yard the other day and had the nicest interactions with Melissa and Don while there. I couldn't get into my trunk due to the battery being disconnected (and destroyed) and they went out of their way to help get it open for me. They were friendly, helpful, and responsive when I needed assistance after a crappy situation. I would recommend them if you ever need a towing service, and have heard by word of mouth that they are skilled and fair with their mechanic service. Highly recommend, and appreciate the great service they provided.”
