He was very detailed and clear, and very polite and professional. Then on install day, he was prompt, detailed oriented and efficient. He explained and demonstrated with me several times through, the different scenarios of arming the system. I felt very comfortable that I understood the system completely.We chose Alarm Pro over another alarm company, because my in laws have had them for 16 years in Palm Coast and had great success. Plus, being a family owned and run business having close relationships with the Sheriff's office and EMT was another huge factor. My wife and I give a big "thumbs up" for Alarm Pro!!!”

“I purchased an item online. It had a discount that was expiring that day. I also had a merchandise credit. I couldn’t use the latter online. On top of all of this my purchased item was “drive up pick up.”When I explained it to the representative, he was super nice invited me inside the store to return the item, honor the discount, re-ring my purchase, looked for a price match possibility, applied my merchandise credit, and I was on my way.All super fast and with a smile!Superb Customer Service and very grateful to the Representative for making it so easy!”

“I have always had a positive experience with Walgreens. They have a huge variety of items and the vitamins are so reasonable. The people at the photoshop are helpful and knowledgeable. The only complaint I have are the rude demanding Palm Coast people who frequent that store. I have experienced hearing verbal abuse to the register clerks. Of course I'll still frequent the store and try to ignore the knuckleheads who feel they can abuse the help. Keep doing a good job!!”
