“I understand the importance to let your gas attendants know someone enters the door, but to have your door alarm on level 15/10 loud beyond normal reasonable comfort level right at the doorway. The first thing your hear is an ear piercing alarm tone.. I wouldn’t call it welcoming. Please reconsider moving it. Or changing the tone.
Even from the middle of the store while I was looking and candy. It was still uncomfortably ridiculously & obnoxiously loud.
Otherwise small town gas station feel.”
“I recently had a horrible experience at Metro by T Mobile after 12 years with them, when they were very unwilling to resolve the situation to keep a long time customer, I went across the street to Cricket wireless. I am so glad I did. Kenzie was very helpfull and knowledgeable, very willing to to work with me to get a new phone for my wife and I. Her customer service skills and knowledge of their products and services were amazing. I had her undivided attention and she answered all my questions. Amanda was also very helpful in assisting with setting up my new phone and answering some additional questions. I look forward to being a long time customer of Cricket!!

“I will happily drive 20min out of my way to go to this specific target. Im a quiet and reserved person and I can shop in peace here, they carry also EVERYTHING you could need, have great sales and it’s always spotless, but most of all, I love the staff. Even though I’m generally shy, the energy from staff never fails to put a smile on my face. BigE is hilarious and I’d pick his line even if it’s longer but everyone else is just as happy to help! There’s also one man who does the shopping carts that greets customers like he’s genuinely happy we exist. Always greets excitedly and brings so much joyful energy even before you step into the store, I haven’t been able to catch his name but I’m sure everyone who has been greeted by him knows exactly who I’m talking about! It doesn’t feel like a chore when I go here either, so great job to the entire staff here!”

“I dread getting a new phone simply because of having to wait all day.. Today was completely different. My phone went down and Chris got me in and outwitting 20 mins and into a new phone working. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. I live 3 hours from this location, I’ll drive back to do my next upgrade.”
