    “I went into the store a couple days ago. I like to look at their gourmet food section. They always have great olives, different types of jelly's, jams and seasonings, snacks and such. They used to have more, so I'm hoping by seeing this, that their buyers will start to buy more as there is always less in the store, every time I go. However, I had bought a mini fridge for one of my rooms in my house and I was looking for a small table to put it on. Well, I found the perfect table there and I needed some help with it. So I wanted to give a big shout out to JoJo. The screws were loose on it and she went to the trouble of finding the manager for me because at first I thought it was broken but it just needed tightening. So she tightened them for me and helped take it out to the car. She is an excellent employee. She has a wonderful personality, did everything with a smile. Thanks JoJo, keep up the great work.”

    “I live in Illinois and on vacation I always look for a Beals store. This was a bigger Beals a d not just one of their outlet stores. I ended up buying 4 tops and capris. It was clean, had lots of variety too. I have to admit in the 7 days I was on vacation I went back to this store 4 times. Everytime I found a new piece of clothing to buy. Lol”

    “Just left the Belk Outlet in Palm Coast and I have to share what a great experience it was! I was there to return some shirts that I had purchased online at Belk.com (which you cannot do, anything purchased online or at a regular Belk store cannot be returned at the outlet store). The associate, Spencer, working at the checkout was the sweetest young man! He was so kind when explaining the process, he looked up the address and phone number to the closest store where I could return my items. He also spent some time helping my husband look for a particular brand of shirt, when he discovered they didn’t have the shirts my husband was looking for, he went and found out where we could find them. On top of all that, I had accidentally left my phone at the checkout counter, he tracked us down inside the store to return it to me! This was definitely one, if not the best experiences I have had at a retail store!! Extra note: the store was immaculate!”

    “I absolutely love Ross! So many items to choose from for everyone!!! I needed a bigger cart to fit all my items, so I just got another cart! Definitely easy to shop here and find what you're looking for. Great, amazing, hands down the best prices!!!! The dressing rooms were fine nothing special but not gross. From sunglasses to lotions to luggage to linen pants, they have it all!!!! Walking out of there with a big smile on my face!! They also have some sweets on the way out to choose from, cheese cookies chocolate wafers novelty items!! Delicious!!!! Definitely a must stop!!”

    “I will happily drive 20min out of my way to go to this specific target. Im a quiet and reserved person and I can shop in peace here, they carry also EVERYTHING you could need, have great sales and it’s always spotless, but most of all, I love the staff. Even though I’m generally shy, the energy from staff never fails to put a smile on my face. BigE is hilarious and I’d pick his line even if it’s longer but everyone else is just as happy to help! There’s also one man who does the shopping carts that greets customers like he’s genuinely happy we exist. Always greets excitedly and brings so much joyful energy even before you step into the store, I haven’t been able to catch his name but I’m sure everyone who has been greeted by him knows exactly who I’m talking about! It doesn’t feel like a chore when I go here either, so great job to the entire staff here!”

    “I'm leaving a 5 star review purely because of a black man named Marcus who was working the electronics department on the day before thanksgiving. There was an elderly lady in line before me who was having trouble with her iPhone (trying to return the phone but couldn't) Marcus was so patient and kind in explaining things to this woman and even took the time to look up the nearest Apple Store for her and write down the address and contact info for the woman. She wasn't too happy about the issues she was having with her phone but Marcus patiently listened to her complaint and was very empathetic to her. He was also very patient and kind when it was my turn. I work in hospitality and know that having this kind of patience with each and every guest can at times be a skill. Especially working on holidays. This 5 star is purely because of Marcus' customer service expertise!”
