“Was in a big bind,i called them before earlier than their normal opening time and they picked up and were waiting on me when i get thier at 8am. I needed a axle as fast as i could get one my boat was sitting on side of the main hwy. Manager stopped what he was doing and was able to accommodate my needs and had a axle welded up in no time. I was back on the road within 2 hours , thier very nice and have the trailer parts you need to get you going instock. I highly recommend them. Other shops in the area say they open at 8am but dont. This shop actually does open at 8 or earlier.”

“This business has the best customer service. My Daddy bought his zero turn mower there about ten years ago and needed a new battery. I took him yesterday and they sold him the correct battery but today Daddy was confused and thought the battery is too small even though it works. He is in the beginning stages of dementia so sometimes we have to explain things multiple times for him to get it. I did that but he was not satisfied so I called A1 on three way and the gentleman explained it to him with a calm but reassuring tone. Daddy was satisfied and understands now. Thank y’all for being so patient and kind to your life long customers. That little act today may seem silly to some but to me it was huge because you helped an old man.”
