“This business has the best customer service. My Daddy bought his zero turn mower there about ten years ago and needed a new battery. I took him yesterday and they sold him the correct battery but today Daddy was confused and thought the battery is too small even though it works. He is in the beginning stages of dementia so sometimes we have to explain things multiple times for him to get it. I did that but he was not satisfied so I called A1 on three way and the gentleman explained it to him with a calm but reassuring tone. Daddy was satisfied and understands now.
