“Miss Patty at the front desk went above and beyond to help me find my part. I was even calling it the wrong name and she went as far as to call other stores and she helped me figure out that I was making the mistake by asking for the wrong thing. She is the one that you want. She's a real go-getter. Thanks Ms. Patty. I appreciate you. You're worth every penny. If I come back in there I'm asking for you personally”
“This store is the go to for any battery needs. This time it was a special battery for a UPS. Last time it was one of my 2 truck batteries. I get all my batteries here.”
“I think his name is Dakota he has long curly hair but that young man is a Rockstar. Every time I have a problem he definitely goes above his pay grade to help me everytime and I feel like I come in there alot.”
“Go see Ashton at the one on Airport! He's so sweet, well mannered above and beyond! He helped me with my grandmother's Lexus RX 350 by helping with he battery. I hope he knows his worth, that someday he gets all he deserves!”
