“There were three noteworthy employees at this location:
1. Sean was a saving grace when it came to installing a hitch on our Honda! He let me know ahead if time of what his work schedule was since he was the only one able to do the maintenance. Then penciled us in last minute the next day! Professional and courteous!
2. Isaiah was expeditious with completing our reservation on the day of pick up. He installed our 4x9 trailer and briefed us on good towing practices before heading off.
3. Cybreuna was the people's champ later in the day. After packing up our 26' truck I needed to come back to get the auto trailer installed. I did not have knowledge on how to do so. Even though it was at the end of her shift, she stayed to ensure that we felt comfortable operating each part of the rigging system to secure out car for towing.
The only issue was we got charged for a utility dolly and did not receive it. After getting home I forgot we had one in the shed, so it was not needed. Due to our time crunch I did not have time to get this rectified before moving out of state.”
“They are expensive in general. I opted to get boxes from grocery and dollar stores because U-Haul does not have a "leave a box-take a box program" anymore, at least not in Pensacola, FL.BUT, with that said, the U-Haul facility on Pine Forest Rd in Pensacola is both unique and less expensive with $0.99 for a small box as opposed to $159 from the one down the street, be careful though. Not all the prices are lower and they don't carry all the things you may need from U-Hall. The people at this store and the one down the street are helpful, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable.I'd go back again because of the people.”

“My husband got a 10 ft thinking there was a ramp at a different location. It did not have a ramp we went through and found this location that had the truck we ended up needing. This place has exceptional customer service. The woman that helped me got us in a truck and helped us return the other one at no cost. She made the process a lot easier for us then the first one. I am so grateful y’all helped us so much and your customer service is incredible Thank You so much again we really appreciate you”
“My five star review is for the employees, as the rental equipment is average and of the condition that one would find at any location. We rented a truck for a move to Miami and had a few glitches. The employees stayed late on a Saturday afternoon to help us so that we were able to stick with our plans. They were super friendly and helpful throughout the entire process.”
