“I moved from PA to Pensacola and got a truck from Delaware. The truck gave up on me and when I called Mr. David Enfinger at this location, his first concern was my safety and assured me that I will be taken care off. I did call the manager in Delaware where I got the truck from and he NEVER called me back and did not even call David at the 6320 Pensacola Blvd. store.Upon unloading the truck and arriving at the Pensacola branch i was greeted with kindness from the Branch Manager, Mr. Charles "Bo" Lindsey and David Enfinger. They both checked the truck out and helped me by putting me in something SAFE. If you read this review and need a truck please go to this Branch as Enterprise has some Real Good Human beings that care for people working at this store. I am grateful for the hospitality provided to this Disabled Army Veteran.”

“We had to rent a box truck. More expensive than it used to be. Nice enough shop. Service was really good. A little difficult getting in and out of, but doable.I will say that I do recommend putting a zip tie or lock on the back door. We went over a short bridge that bounced us up and down sharp enough to flip the latch and rolled the door up. We were 2/3 home before someone drove up beside us to let us know. We lost a bit of stuff out of the back end on the road somewhere.”

“Had the best experience dealing with Mandie. We arrived at 5:45 for our 5:45 pick up and were worried about our tardiness since they close at 6pm. Mandie assured us that we had plenty of time to do our transaction. She was incredibly personable, funny, and friendly. The whole process was smooth and fast. “Rented a motorcycle trailer for vacation. From Illinois, found out I couldn’t keep the trailer at the condo I rented. Which was just wonderful to find out last minute. Anyways I contacted this location. They allowed me to store the trailer at their lot. Free of charge. Wonderful customer service, extremely friendly. Nothing was wrong with the Trailer, it was protected and untouched when I came to pick it up. Extremely thankful to them. Love Pensacola, been coming for years now. if I ever need U-Haul in the area again. I’ll definitely come to them.”

“I recently moved to the area and was needing a storge unit for all my items. I called around to several differnet places and one of them being Life Stoage. Stephanie anwsered the phone and I quickly noticed a difference from the other storage places I called. Stephanie was amazing, she was very patient with me because I had a lot of questions. Not being from the area and not visiting the rental site prior too, she was my eyes. I needed a 53 ft 18 wheeler to be able to deliver and I needed a few units. Stephanie with no hesitation was on it. She had it figured out in no time for me. She made sure the truck would fit in the complex, she was able to secure me units that were together and took the time to make sure it was all taken care of. Stephanie, yes she did her job but to me she went above and beyond her job title. Everytime I spoke with her she was pleasent and willing to assist in any of my million questions I might of had. On the day of the move in both her and Heather were a huge help and getting the truck in, showing me where the units were, assiting in find some carts for transporting, had locks at the units and were able to reasure my frazzeld self that it was all taken care of. The units are very clean and no site of rodents anywhere. I think I luck out on finding these wonderful ladies. I definitely recommend life storage and will definitely use again. Thank you ladies for all your help. It is very much appreciated.”
