“We had a blower fan blade break in our Bus on a Saturday afternoon. I called every place within 50 miles of Destin and was told that they could order the part on Monday. I then found Carpenter’s Camper’s at 4:15. I called a Nathan answered and was very thorough to make sure that the part I was asking for was correct to our model of AC. He then let me know that they had the part! I was 48 minutes away, which was after they closed. He took my CC over the phone and left our part on the back porch for me to pick up after hours. He also text me a pic of its location.That’s above and beyond service.They also charged me $10 less than two other stores quoted me for Tuesday arrival.”

“The delivery man, Mike I believe his name is out of Pensacola, was very professional, informative and courteous. Beside from the gas delivery I ask if he could give the tank a once over to check for any possible leak. He graciously accommodated my request and thoroughly checked all connections for any leaks which there were none. He was the epitome of customer service at it its excellence.”

“There were three noteworthy employees at this location:
1. Sean was a saving grace when it came to installing a hitch on our Honda! He let me know ahead if time of what his work schedule was since he was the only one able to do the maintenance. Then penciled us in last minute the next day! Professional and courteous!
2. Isaiah was expeditious with completing our reservation on the day of pick up. He installed our 4x9 trailer and briefed us on good towing practices before heading off.
3. Cybreuna was the people's champ later in the day. After packing up our 26' truck I needed to come back to get the auto trailer installed. I did not have knowledge on how to do so. Even though it was at the end of her shift, she stayed to ensure that we felt comfortable operating each part of the rigging system to secure out car for towing.

The only issue was we got charged for a utility dolly and did not receive it. After getting home I forgot we had one in the shed, so it was not needed. Due to our time crunch I did not have time to get this rectified before moving out of state.”
