Great customer service. They had a busy hitch install day and we're able to work with me. Very accommodating and informative. Helped me select the best equipment for what I wanted and explained all the options. Everyone was friendly and timely. Was well worth driving the extra distance.

The staff at the Pensacola location was AMAZING. They went way above and beyond to help us when another company gave our truck away. It was a Sunday, no one else was open, and the staff at Uhaul did everything they could to help us get a truck for the same day. I would highly recommend them!
