“AAA sent us here when my car broke down out of town. We could not have handpicked a better auto shop to fix my car. They knew that we were stuck and did their best to get us back on the road quickly. They had to overnight parts to themselves and even take a trip to Mobile to get an extra part. They gave us hotel recommendations since we needed to spend the night. Dolly even offered to come pick me up when the car was ready! They kept in contact with us and let us know their progress. Doug and Dolly were so accommodating, so if ever in the area and you need service go to Gary Sapp Auto!!!”

“When your kid wrecks his truck youre already in a negative stressful situation, a worried mom, and the stressors and worries just seem to compound more and more throughout the day. Matt was so awesome yesterday! He came in and turned that negative situation around into something uplifting. He was fun, he was funny, my kid and I really enjoyed talking to him and watching him work to get the truck loaded up. A passerby who had to stop driving thru the narrow road for a minute even commented afterwards "man, that was smooth". Matt was quick yet showed care in getting the truck loaded as if it was his own, even with the entrie front end tore off. His communication was awesome, his work was awesome, his attitude after a long busy work day was awesome. Overall an awesome experience! Thank so much Matt!!!”
“Steve was professional and excellent! Priced our transmission reasonably, and fixed our cv axles while hunting down a missing peice for them during hurricane Helen. Fixed the front bumper as an added bonus, securing it in the wheel well to make it stop falling off. The company in general is one of the best in the county The owner is a great guy and will work with you as well. What people fell to realize is that a job is a job if they have signs up then that is a place that they monitor frequently for violations. Don’t have to ask or give a chance to make it right there signs are posted. So great works to everyone at matchett towing. Erine needs a raise he has a hard job and is great at it. Leo is an awesome person as well.”

“As the Geico towing company here, they were dispatched to my disabled vehicle with a 2 hour ETA. I called to tell them I was in the middle of a busy intersection and really needed someone here quicker. They had me as the next pickup and they were to me in about 30 minutes. Steven was my driver and he was super helpful trying to help me figure out the problem and the best shop for me to go to. He also helped me out with a solution when I needed a second tow and he couldn't get to me quickly. He really did make a super stressful situation much better.”
