About Hertz Car Rental - Cape Coral - S Del Prado Boulevard S
Hertz Car Rental in Cape Coral on Del Prado Boulevard offers a straightforward rental process with a wide vehicle selection. Multiple reviews highlight amazing, friendly, and polite customer service, describing experiences as great, good, painless, and no hassle. Customers appreciate the efficiency, with one noting the car was ready immediately, taking less than ten minutes.
However, the location itself is noted as very small and not the best-looking Hertz. Some critical feedback points to issues with billing transparency. A reviewer advises ensuring clarity on rental period definitions, as a "week" was considered five days, not seven. There were also complaints about unexpected fees, specifically a high administrative charge on top of a toll, which the customer felt was not properly explained or justified.
Despite these occasional criticisms regarding fees and transparency, the location receives recommendations for its consistently kind staff and efficient service.
