“I have rented numerous cars from Enterprise. But, this was the most fun I've had renting a car ?. You need to hire more employees like Ryan who runs the South Cape Coral Enterprise office.

“I see some people who had problems in other reviews, but mine was just fine. I reserved a vehicle online at the Hertz website the night before at 8pm when I discovered a major fluid leak in my vehicle (and this was after the rental location had closed for the day.) I waited maybe a half hour the next day at 9am while a returned vehicle was being cleaned up.
This really helped me out. My vehicle is in the shop, and now I can still take Mom and her wheelchair to her doctors appointments and get myself to work while my vehicle is being repaired.
EDIT...the young man at the counter who took the car back, when I mentioned needing to call for a ride, GAVE ME A RIDE TO THE REPAIR SHOP TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE! He said he could because they were not busy and it wasn't far. HOW AWESOME WAS THAT?!? That is above and beyond!!!”
