“Westin Cape Coral is an amazing property with a fantastic location and top notch amenities. However, what makes this property amazing is the Staff. Every staff member from Larry to Mark go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There are 2 staff members, Anna Marie and Piper, who provided excellent customer service that inspired me to write this review. They deserve to be acknowledged and recognized for their outstanding customer service skills and expertise.Piper helped before I even booked the Westin by answering all my questions about the area and the resort. She didn't stop there.. She even called me on her day off to ensure my arrival was smooth and to share the good news that my upgrade request as a Platinum member was honored.Anna Marie went above and beyond during check-in to get us an amazing Suite with breath taking views and plenty of space for my husband and me to work during our stay! Anna Marie has been at the resort since it opened and it shows. Her attention to detail and keen ability to meet and exceed guest requests is a talent.The morning after we checked-in, we decided that 5 days wasn't enough time at this beautiful resort. Piper saved the day and graciously extended our stay while keeping us in the same room which is fabulous! We are looking forward to exploring the resort and area during our now 11 night stay!This is one of the best resorts we've stayed at and we will be back!”

“My husband and I, and our dogs just stayed at the Hideaway for 5 weeks while waiting for our house to close. We didn't have any reservations or have any idea how long we would actually be there but the staff and owners were so helpful and accommodating. We ended up staying in 3 different rooms over the course of our stay, and every room was different and with it's own quirks. We enjoyed that each room had a full sized fridge and kitchenette, stocked with pans and dishes. The dock along the canal behind the hotel really was an oasis (and I even saw a dolphin on our last night there!) We didnt use the pool but saw many people enjoying it every day. All in all, I'm glad they were there for us and any other hotel would have been a drag to stay at for so long!”
