“This Hampton Inn & Suites follows the same pattern we find at every one of them we stay in throughout the country. Pretty grounds. Lovely lobby. Welcoming staff from the moment you walk in. Comfortable, quiet rooms, ample breakfast, fresh hot coffee and tea available all day long with warm cookies in the afternoon! From the moment we walked in the door, Assistant General Manager Seph Darcy made us feel right at home, as if he was our host for the weekend. It was almost as if we were in a big house for a family reunion, everybody being made to feel welcome, but having our own private suites. When we came down to breakfast, everything was delicious and fresh. The coffee going all day is a real treat. And the warm cookies served in the afternoon feels like home. The location of this Hampton Inn & Suites is just right, central to anything you want to enjoy in the Fort Myers/Sanibel/Captiva area. The outdoor pool is a nice retreat. The rooms are so quiet. We really enjoyed our stay for exactly the reasons why we seek out this brand everywhere we go. Thanks Seph and all the staff for making us feel so welcome and valued as customers; we’ll be back!”

“Clean, modestly priced, easy to find, and a comfortable bed. Seriously, what else are you really seeking on a short stay.
The front desk staff were delightfully pleasant!
Hotel quality predictability is always a chore, especially in the modern era.
However, so far as I am concerned, the modern brand for the bargain traveler would be Best Western. Though their locations are franchised, they seem to have a modicom of corporate standards, which is a heck of a lot more than I can say from their Wyndham owned competitors.
Highly recommend if you're a budget traveler like myself.”
“This is an older mixed use shopping center on Route 41. Outback is the main anchor tenant, but don't overlook all the other businesses there. There's a really nice French/Vietnamese restaurant. Was actually here on this last trip for the Escape Room place on the second floor where there are business offices.”

“We were given a room in the Captiva tower with a lovely view of the causeway. We went out to dinner and returned to a horrible smell in our room. It smelled like a dead rat in the wall. We called the front desk and they suggested the smell was coming off the water at low tide. Dead fish from the cold temps. Why would they put someone in these rooms when they are subjected to such unhealthy and unpleasant conditions…”
“2 hour dinner with sunset cruise in Sanibel Harbour. Captain and crew was very warm and welcoming. Appetizers were fresh. Fresh fruit, vegetables, nice variety of cheeses and crackers. Indoor/outdoor seating. Servings were perfect. We had assigned seating according to party size for our buffet style dinner. Starting with a variety of salads: pasta, green salad, quinoa; vegetable medley; fresh asparagus. Potatoes; main entrees were; salmon; chicken; Alfredo shrimp pasta and prime cut beef medallions with gravy. Dessert was, cheese cake, carrot cake, chocolate cake. Atmosphere was very comfortable and inviting. Dining areas were clean. Our sunset was spectacular! Yes we would do this again!! ?”

“Crystal and her staff are awesome. They go above and beyond for their guests and treat them like family. Very convenient location and 2 minutes away from Health Park Hospital. Rooms are spacious and virtually sound proof. This hotel gives the best bang for your buck this close to the beach. Only thing missing is breakfast.”

“We were worried about booking due to reviews but don’t believe everything you read. Patience and understanding will get you a long way. The hotel is renovating post hurricane Ian, mineral springs smell like sulphur, and the staff was wonderful. HOT shower and a spacious room is what we needed after a week in Disney and that’s what we got. We were so impressed with the accommodations we are reviewing it on our first of 4 nights. Mattresses could be better, but Rome wasn’t built in a day. Overall, a great little “resort stay” without the stress.”
