“Westin Cape Coral is an amazing property with a fantastic location and top notch amenities. However, what makes this property amazing is the Staff. Every staff member from Larry to Mark go out of their way to make you feel welcome. There are 2 staff members, Anna Marie and Piper, who provided excellent customer service that inspired me to write this review. They deserve to be acknowledged and recognized for their outstanding customer service skills and expertise.Piper helped before I even booked the Westin by answering all my questions about the area and the resort. She didn't stop there.. She even called me on her day off to ensure my arrival was smooth and to share the good news that my upgrade request as a Platinum member was honored.Anna Marie went above and beyond during check-in to get us an amazing Suite with breath taking views and plenty of space for my husband and me to work during our stay! Anna Marie has been at the resort since it opened and it shows. Her attention to detail and keen ability to meet and exceed guest requests is a talent.The morning after we checked-in, we decided that 5 days wasn't enough time at this beautiful resort. Piper saved the day and graciously extended our stay while keeping us in the same room which is fabulous! We are looking forward to exploring the resort and area during our now 11 night stay!This is one of the best resorts we've stayed at and we will be back!”

“This was such a great find!! I needed a place to stay near my parents' condo near the Westin Resort - so this was absolutely perfect!An older hotel, but you will find it as I did - EXTREMELY clean and in a great location in Cape Coral. Front side of the hotel has a lovely inground pool and the back side of the hotel you will find that it is on a canal with docks to sit on & hang out along with a cute little man-made beach for tots to play in the sand. You can't beat the price and the service!! Donna and her front office staff are very pleasant and accommodating. I would certainly go back!Nearby activities: Westin Resort with restaurants and shops are only 2 miles from this location. Bars, restaurants are also nearby in Cape Coral and also a quick Uber ride to downtown Fort Myers.Walkability: Safe neighborhood to walk in and not far at all to walk to Publix. Quick easy Uber rides to restaurants and bars.”

“Had to stop and check out the world's largest tiki hut, we were not disappointed. Our waitress Jules met us with a smile and drink suggestions. We tried the orange crush, and it was definitely delicious. We were only there for a couple of drinks. No food was ordered, but the crowd was lively, and the atmosphere was great. Our server was attentive and friendly, and the drinks we ordered were great. Definitely will be back.”
