“I was so please at the repair and price I paid at this family owned store. We purchased an Opal ring on ebay at a fair price. Unfotunately, the stne was somewhat loose. WEnt to the first jeweler on Del Prado and was given a price to repair of $ 525.00, being they claimed that it needed additional prongs in 18kt gold , which the band was. We paid $850.00 for the ring and the price seemed a bit too much. Ended up going to Lollis and was given a price of repair of $38.00. I gave them the ring instantly and was shocked at the price I was given. The 4 prongs on the ring were tightened and epoxy was added to the back. It was even cleaned as well and sparkles now like a new ring. They gained a customer for life , for sure!”

“Today my father and I walked in to what we thought was going to be a very stressful trip to the jewelry store due to personal obstacles. It turned out to be a stress free, incredibly exceptional trip. My father is older and not in great health, and sometimes hard to deal with in these types of situations, but Lisa went above and beyond to help him feel comfortable and was incredibly tentative and supportive when helping him pick a special piece of jewelry for my mother. Lisa had exceptional customer service skills and the patience of a Saint. She listened, was kind, and truly a genuine person. My father is very hard to please and today he left Greco a very happy and pleased man. He cried in the store because of how appreciative he was of how much Lisa helped us today. During the Holidays you don't meet many people that are patient AND kind. She truly made our Christmas miracle of finding the perfect gift for my mother come true. You never know how many Christmases are left with loved ones and she made this one purely special and magical. We can't say enough good things about our experience here.
