“Just had to have my wedding ring resized and they did an outstanding job! Looks absolutely perfect and it's so nice wearing my real ring, instead of the K-mart special I have been wearing for years. Turn around time was quick and they also replaced a batter in my wifes watch for no charge. The coolest part was after I mentioned about being a musical instrument technician and wondering about how they soldered things, they gave me a tour of the repair shop in back which was awesome. I had no idea they could use a laser to weld things! I can't thank them enough for the great and timely service they provided me!”

“I have been a Chico shopper for years. And NEVER have I had the customer service that I got today. I am terrible with names but the two ladies were over the top amazing! One lady searched for my passport account number, no luck but she refused to give up and called the corporate. Account number found. The other lady was loading up the dressing room with clothes that I had in my hands and she added more for me. I felt so special. I felt so wanted. I felt like I was the only one in there even though I was not. I walked out $600 dollars later with clothes that I would have never chosen but love! I need more hangers now :) Thank you Chicos. “First things first, we need to understand one thing, this shop is located right on the corner of Hendry and Mainstreet. It is small storefront shop that was at first difficult to locate. But once you saw it, you will see it. Second things second. Sheri and Kaylee were so helpful! As an empath it was evidently clear that when I first walked in with my friend, that this place was full of love and care. The both of them were so educated and caring!
