“Always a great experience when I go in. The employees are very nice and do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. They have a good variety of beauty items, skincare, makeup, etc. I can always find cute shoes that are in my size too, 6.5. My only complaint is that they don’t ever have enough sizes in the more professional looking clothes that are on the small racks next to the aisle. It’s so sad too because I really wanted some of them. Other than that, I always enjoy my time there.”

“You know I can’t for the life of me figure out why I haven’t made a review for this wonderful store til now ?? and with that being said I will show you a few things of many that I’ve picked up pretty recently and I do plan to return to this Ross especially to buy more things! “Clean store in Cape Coral. Had to return items. Store should have returns in front of store. Having a disability it's a little hard walking to the rear of store. Associate was super friendly. Big men's clothing unfortunately its best too use their online service website. Store doesn't have a great selection.”

“A cute little boutique shop with surf and beach attire and souvenirs. Pam was very helpful and very friendly. It's at the end of the branch in the mall and a good place to stop. It was crowded when I went in to haggle over a clearance shirt.”

The online customer service was not very supportive. Anita did everything she could to help us out. Anita is the best customer service employee I have ever met. “I had to submit a review after seeing the one star reviews they received. This place is one of the best thrift style stores in Cape Coral and one of the best I’ve ever went to anywhere. They have a clean store with a wide array of unique furniture, items, and Knick knacks. If you don’t know they are a non profit, so anyone complaining about pricing should really get over themselves as their pricing seems to be cheaper than goodwill. Give them a visit!”
