She arranged our sale on very short notice and handled every aspect of the event. She is smart, laser focused and totally organized. We were so happy with her from first phone call to receiving our proceeds. She is honest, dependable and very communicative. She even cleans up afterwards! Highly recommend.”

“Always a great experience when I go in. The employees are very nice and do a great job keeping the store clean and organized. They have a good variety of beauty items, skincare, makeup, etc. I can always find cute shoes that are in my size too, 6.5. My only complaint is that they don’t ever have enough sizes in the more professional looking clothes that are on the small racks next to the aisle. It’s so sad too because I really wanted some of them. Other than that, I always enjoy my time there.”

“Fun place! A lot of interesting clothing and accessories. I would recommend going on the last Saturday of the month, as everything is 50% off. I got an excellent Dooney Bourke bag that looked brand new for $50 and it was online for $238.”
“We purchased a sofa sleeper last week as they had a 30% off sale which almost covered the $116.00 for delivery. The delivery was prompt. The sofa sleeper was the most comfortable one I have ever found and heaviest. A friend is on the board of a local large St Vincent De Paul in Wisconsin, it cost $150.00 to process a sofa sleeper as they are sanitized before selling. They spend several thousand on Waste Management a month to take junk items to the landfill. It cost a lot to run a thrift store that supports a charity. The Hope Chest does a good job. Please donate items that are new in appearance to your local thrift store. Understand, it cost a small fortune to process and get rid of marginal merchandise.”
