Awesome service! Had an issue with a lost phone and getting a new phone, with some complications transferring the account. Paul was so helpful and went above and beyond to make it all work out for us. Would definitely recommend going to this store!

I was at the Metro-PCS store located at 3046 Del Prado Blvd S. Cathy helped me not only get a new phone, but transfer all of my data (pictures, text messages, etc.) to my new one. I had no idea what I was doing, and she was so kind, patient, professional and helpful. Thank you, Cathy!! :)
