“We are extremely happy with the service at this AT&T Store.
Unfortunately, I don’t know the employee’s name, but he was absolutely amazing and really knew what he was doing. I needed an eSIM, but at that moment I did not yet have an American phone, only a prepaid card, so the eSIM first had to be installed on my husband’s phone. Even though his phone was set to German, the employee immediately understood everything and handled it perfectly.
Later, we bought a new phone somewhere else and tried to transfer the eSIM at another store, but it did not work at all. So we went back to this AT&T Store, and he managed to fix everything. There had been some kind of lock or PIN issue that should not have been there, but he figured it out, removed the problem, and successfully installed the eSIM on my new phone.
Since then, everything has been working perfectly.
He was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and very professional. We are more than satisfied, and if we sign any future contracts with AT&T, we will definitely come back to this store for advice and service.

“It has been a few weeks since meeting Yunier Graveran Gonzalez at T-Mobile at the Cape Coral Sam's Club on Pine Island Road. That we haven't forgotten to post this review speaks volumes, having been delayed in doing so due to some unexpected family issues. I have been with T-Mobile for decades and recently purchased a new phone since the one I had was no longer being supported. I had some questions about how I wanted to transfer various things from my old phone to the new one. As we were walking past the T-Mobile kiosk, my husband thought to stop and ask there and that's how we met Yunier. He was so hospitable, kind, patient, helpful, and very knowledgeable. He provided excellent suggestions that proved to be just what I needed. Thanks to Yunier, it was an absolutely amazing experience!!!!”

My phone was shut off by the manager at the store on san carlos blvd. He is extremely rude and discriminatory. Deya is a dream with her customer service skills. Her sense of urgency for our situation was stellar. She handled me with care, efficiency, and above all kindness that is so rare in the world today.
