I have been going here for years for my routine oil changes through several personal cars and I believe a change of ownership on their part. Service has gotten even better. They are fast, honest and reasonable. I recently had a standard oil change, cabin filter and air filter changed for under $100. No pressured add ons either, just the needed recommendations. I purchased a used Hyundai Santa Fe with an oil consumption issue I was unaware of. They informed me of the service bulletin and even printed it out for me. A long process from the manufacturer, but they replaced the engine and I would never have known about it if this place didn't tell me. New engine has been installed and I'm back to bringing it to them for my routine oil changes. Thank you so much!!! They do other auto work as well, but I'm not sure of everything they offer.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Williams Family Auto Care. We use them for our family vehicles but stupidly went to a local dealer of the manufacturer of our work van when we had intermittent AC issues. The dealer said the compressor needed changed out, so we took it to Williams for a second opinion. They got us in quick and it ended up being a completely different issue that they solved for us within hours for about 1/4 of the compressor quote. We’ll never use anyone else again.”

“This Walamart Auto Center has been my go to for tires, batteries, and oil change. I was sa when I moved to Lehigh and the Walmart people at the auto there was not as nice as the people in the Del Prado branch. John has been working in the Cape branch for a while and he has always been super pleasant and provide excellent customer service each and every time. Jasmine answered the phone consistently even when busy with super pleasant and kind voice and always very helpful even helping me resolve conflict with Lehigh branch not accepting out warranty for tires there when we purchased in the Cape. Barry and John made a way for me to get my appt scheduled and even made a way to call me after I already left to reserve me a spot so i can get my tires after explaining to them about my long trip and my tire conditions. Elson greeted me outside and was super pleasant and helpful also. I feel like a human being in this Walmart. I grew up in the Cape and feel like this Walmart is always the best one out there. Thanks for always welcoming me here. God bless to all ya’ll! Oh and the warranty on the tires cannot be beat eapecially if you have Walmart Plus!”

“Honest & reasonable place for auto repair. I take my vehicle to dealer for any issues even when warranty has expired but in my case my vehicle wouldn’t make it to dealership and I’m a happy customer with your services.
