Had two sensors that seemed to become ghost but for a decent price and in amazing timely manner had my truck back by the end of the night. Great work as well as good communication.”

He was super friendly, understood we were from out of town and hadn’t planned for this to happen. Ordered our tire for us and told us to come back in a few hours. “I took my 'new', 2007 Hyundai (only 14K miles) in for a checkup as I had purchased it recently. I originally thought I only needed some fluid exchanges . I asked them to verify that and also perform a safety check. I was glad I asked because they found a large crack hidden from view in a front tire that could have caused a blow-out. They also found cracks in some belts and said that even garaged cars with low mileage suffer from the heat down here. After all, it is 16 years old. I opted for new tires, alignment, belts, timing belt and fluid exchange. I think this was an excellent value at around $1600. They showed me quality work, an honest assessment and service I can trust. This was my first visit to Scotty's and I plan to use them the next time I need service.”

“I was there today and management plus employees were all very friendly and efficient. I was told by my Hyundai service center I needed an oil change 2 weeks ago when I took my 2018 Elantra to have an update for my car theft safety. I told them I also need air pressure for my tires since my lights were on, I left there without air on my tires. Today all my tires were inflated and I did not need an oil change at all, very professional and looking out for the customer, I was very impressed and thankful!”

“Here in this building you'll find a guy that will change your tires with care he patched instead of plug, he greased the lugs and bead, he made sure I approved of the used tires he chose for us. He was the shop foreman at another shop further east on palm beach beside Tropical fence. So we do have history. However I've noticed the same care and due diligence with the vehicles that came before mine. This guy's is great considering the problems I've had with other tire care centers. I don't know the gentlemen's name I do recognize him. He is a clean cut cut friendly smiling gentleman in the bay to the left. He's a tire mechanic professional on sedans”

“15 minute oil change and no reservations is going to cost more- I get it. They also said the cheapest oil they advertise was not recommended for my car and proceeded to sell the next option which was over 20.00 more but carried a 15% discount. But I had a 10.00 off on any oil which had I got the oil I wanted would have been 25.00 less than final bill. So the pressure to move up to higher priced oil was concerning. Other than that I really liked the guys and expertise. I’ll probably shop around and see if I can save enough to offset the convenience of a quick oil change.”

“Called,spoke with manager. When I first got there, asked outright price of oil change, he said 59.99. I said I had 29.99 coupon. He asked me to move my pickup to side parking lot,. Am handicapped which I feel was tad rude. I moved vehicle, went into office, showed my coupon. Started to count out cash. 29.99 plus tax is Bait & Switch tactics..turned out to be almost $20 more but manager worked it out with me. He and I counted out cash. They didn't do all on list- I had asked them not to do tire rotation as I didn't have key with me. They did not wash exterior windows..When done, they pulled out money from.under counter ( where another employee was meanwhile) but $ was missing. Ast mgr chipped in $...I added another $1 but in all honesty, $29.99 is coupon cost but ended up to be $43.99.”

“I called to inquire on checking my brakes, as they sounded terrible. I called on a Thursday morning, was told the earliest on the schedule would be Wednesday the following week. However, Ben told me that they may be able to squeeze me in by Saturday since it was my brakes and viewed as an emergency. To my surprise, they called back and asked if I could bring it in that day. Since I didn't need my car, they did have it for almost two full days, but considering that they squeezed me in an already full schedule, I have absolutely no complaints with that. These guys are honest, they let you know what needs to be fixed now, something that may be in the future. I sent the invoice for my dad to review, since I don't know a thing about cars or really any auto repairs, and my dad was shocked I found such an honest auto repair shop. I can't express how happy I am that I brought my car here and will definitely be referring them in the future to my friends. Thank you so much, it feels like I have a brand new car!”
