“This was my first time to this location. Auto care center was very difficult to find when you’ve never been here before. They really should have signs or something or at the very least, let people know when they schedule their appointments, that the entire auto care area is under construction and where they need to enter or park their vehicles. It was very confusing. I ended up waiting at the front entrance, that was locked. The men inside saw me waiting and did not even both to try helping me when it was quite clear I was lost. It was not 8:10 and no one was opening the door to let me in or tell me the correct entrance to go into. It took me finally knocking on the window to the door, where the man standing there on his phone finally acknowledged me waiting outside. Which—not to mention—standing in an alley behind walmart first thing in the morning as a female, not exactly the thing I want to be doing for obvious safety reasons. When he opened the door, quite aggressively, he was very rude. Didn’t offer any assistance. In other Walmarts, this was the door I had always entered through to get into the store. Apparently this location, the entrance door is a sliding door, on the complete other side of the building. So this man, very rudely, made me walk completely around the entire building to the sliding door entrance. When I knew I could get there through the shop, as I’ve done this at several other Walmarts. Either way, this was a huge inconvenience and also I felt my safety was threatened. He’s lucky I didn’t call the cops the way he was speaking to me.
Why do I do the 5 stars? People at the front desk, once I FINALLY made it there. Are what saved this review.
I wish I got the sweet woman’s name at the front desk. She was so helpful, patient, kind. A very hard worker. I didn’t ever feel like I was bothering her, like I apparently did the man previously.
Also, ANTHONY! The technician who gave me all new tires and then rang me up at the end. His incredible patience when I had a payment issue was very appreciated after how stressful my day started. Thank you Anthony for redeeming my hope for humanity. I know the world will give back to you tenfold for your incredible patience and kindness. Thank you my tires are beautiful”
