“Very well run store in Wesley Chapel. Brenda, a manager or asst manager helped me with the purchase of a floor model rotating Christmas Tree stand as they were sold out on the shelf. She did contact surrounding stores to see if they had any in stock, they did not. So we removed the tree that was in the floor model and I took it home. Unfortunately a week later when putting it together I discovered it was missing one of the adapters that I needed for our tree. I brought it back to the store. Brenda searched the area where it had been displayed but we could not find the adapter. Brenda refunded the purchase and took my name and phone number down in case the adapter turned up or they got a return. I did not hold much hope in that however two weeks later I received a call from Brenda that they had gotten a rotating stand returned. It had the needed adapter if I wanted to come to the store she would hold it for me. I was surprised to get the call and that Brenda followed through in contacting me two weeks later. Rare nowadays to get that kind of personalized customer service. Great job by Brenda in showing top notch customer service.”
“The staff at my tobbies has been extremely helpful to me the last few weeks. I am in the middle of a good 'ol fashion grudge match with a buddy of mine. Now, I'm not the most patient, nor am I the most proficient guy, as I only got into the hobby because of said buddy. When I was explained to the guys why I was there, and what I needed to do(speedy gonzalez) the boys got to work. Beau has been amazing, both with his knowledge and rc skill. I started with one car, and quickly jumped in with both feet, as I tend to do when I'm enjoying myself. To the staff, thanks boys. I feel valued and heard, and these guys had no problem understanding my need for speed. Love the store as well. 1 sleeper car speed build quickly turned into a present gone monstrously right in my slo to lightning dr10, then we went after my buddies super slash by transforming my own. The boys haven't worked on or sen the sleeper yet, but provided the parts and recommendations for me to crush my rival. I'm one happy camper.”

“We have sent in over 500 cards the last few years. GMA has not only very competitive turnaround time, but honest grading scales. The packing materials that they use when sending your cards back is just like what you would expect from the larger grading companies. The slabs are really nice quality. The staff are easy to get a hold of if you do have any issues.
