Goodwill in Casselberry/Longwood is a large, clean, and super organized thrift store with a pleasant and friendly staff. It is noted for having plenty of options and a good selection of items, including many things for the kitchen, beautiful shirts and jackets, artwork, decor, and lots of NWT (new with tags) clothing. Shoppers appreciate features like the color of the week and great prices on books. Many treasures can be found, from a working rice cooker for a few dollars to a large oil painting at a low cost. However, some customers feel the prices are a little overpriced for a thrift store and more expensive than most other thrift stores. A significant point of conflict is the removal of all dressing rooms, which has upset some shoppers. Despite these criticisms, it remains a favorite for many in the area, described as very nice with so many things to get. It is often compared favorably to other local thrift stores, considered one of the best in the vicinity for its size, organization, and variety.
Exceptionally nice staff. Prices run the gamut but that's the nature of a thrift store. I've found some great bargains here. For those complaining about pricing - no one is forcing you to buy !

Neat but not many clothing options if you’re under 40. They also price their items weirdly. You are reselling. A max studio top shouldn’t he $49.99 just because it’s new with tag lol
