I purchased a jewelry jar for $99.00 plus tax and all that was in there was junk and Mardi Gras beads. Honestly, if they are going to demand such high prices at least put something in there that is worth the money that they are asking. Such a disappointment!

I see a lot of comments on here about no fifty percent off items of clothing on the racks, I'm going to tell you why.i worked there years ago, they have employees pull the half off tags on Thursdays to make room for all the new clothes they get in, then the half off clothes go yep, you guessed it right into the salvage bin.the managers laugh at the customers behind their backs when they complain about the half off items not being there.this is totally unfair to the customers, and they have the right to complain. And about the people that price the wares there's a guy back there that has no clue what he's doing, they tell him to keep upping the price even a dollar more. He's a total moron. The managers got their jobs there because they can't get real management jobs at any other place. And the handbags they look up the prices of what they are new and then they do half of that on their price tags. This place is a corrupt organization and when people finally realize that maybe they'll go somewhere else try the Christian sharing center where they're good good people and they really do help the community. You can find ladies ,shirts men's shirts ,shoes half of what Goodwill is selling them for.

Friendly staff. A little overpriced for a thrift store that sells donations. Go to The Sharing Center if you're donating.

Stop in to the goodwill in casselberry not impressed with customers service. Found a clock that was labeled broken for 40 dollars when asked if they could do a little better for a donated broken clock was told NO was rudely I might add. Wasn't looking to get it for nothing. I will stick to other places that want my money

Prices are absolutely absurd. Selling used shein clothes for over $10 is a crime. Filthy converse for $25. Might as well buy everything brand new. Very disappointing.

Love that they have a color of the week! Great prices on books & decor. Lots of NWT clothing items at a decent price.

I have a friend who loves to go thrift store shopping. We went to all the stores in the area. We even went to the one in Winter park, which I thought was going to be special. It wasn't. It was the pits. The two that we found in the area that we like the most are this one in casselberry and the one in oviedo. They are large, clean, have pleasant staff, plenty of options, and aren't too crowded. I have bought stuff for my kitchen, beautiful shirts and jackets, artwork, and more from this particular Goodwill. Of course, the prices are good. My rice cooker cost me $6 or so and it works great. I didn't want to spend $35 on one if I didn't know how it would work. I got a beautiful oil painting large for $14. Stop in, you never know what kind of treasures you may find.

Came here tonight, my child picked out a hoodie. Pink. With rust stains. The cashier said let me call the manager. Rachel came over and said. I’ll give you $1.00 off.. maybe wash it… ummm ok. Then proceeded to argue with the next guest about stains. You’ll check these items in. Why is a Walmart hoodie processed at 7.99 with stains?? They originally cost 5.99! Rachel needs to be replaced!!!

I am so conflicted about Goodwill. On a positive note, the store is super organized. I love how the clothes are separated by size and style. The thing that really made me upset was the fact that they took away all the dressing rooms. They have so so many clothes and NO dressing rooms!! The narrative is that they have a problem with people stealing but give me a break these are donated clothes; if someone is going to steal them they must really need them. This is Goodwill after all or at least it used to be. Another problem with Goodwill is that their clothes are more expensive than most other thrift stores. It's very sad how an organization that is for profit and is supposed to help the community seems to be doing so less and less. I can't deny though that they do have a good selection and it's very organized.

The prices have went way up at Goodwill stores. At this point you can go to Ross and purchase brand new item and clothing. NO DRESSING ROOMS. They took that away also. THE COLOR OD THE DAY.. you won’t find one article with it. I used to love Goodwill but w the high prices and no dressing rooms, lost me. Never stepping in one again, I’m not paying these prices for used things. THE SHARING CENTER in Longwood is a way better option.

Goodwills tend to be a hit or miss for me, depending on how organized and clean employees keep the store. This one is usually busy throughout the week but it’s still a hit. The clothes are organized well and the lines move faster than mostGoodwills despite there being a lot of customers. It is mostly clothing, and there’s only a small section for other items.
