“Started training here in April with Kieren Powers. This facility is awesome I love being able to train later at night where it's not packed like commercial gyms usually are. The equipment is all great. The only thing I wish they would bring back is the Fit 3D scanner.If your looking for a trainer I highly recommend Kieren shortly after doing 3 sessions per week I was immediately motivated to do 5 days a week because of the fast results I was seeing. 3 months in I couldn't be any happier with my progress so far!”
