Navigating their mobile app to get an appointment is difficult at best. The first time I went for a walk in appointment, The first challenge was check-in kiosk. Every step in the process of trying to check in took a long time for each screen to refresh as it processed the information. The card reader to read your medical card and ID was very slow to react and it causes people To interrupt the process. I didn’t waited for over an hour only to find out that I was required to fast before getting blood drawn so I left to come back another day. The next time I visited the office again the kiosk was the longest part of the check-in. I was able to be seeing within five minutes of completing the check-in. Once I got to the lab, the attendant took my information and then informed me that the insurance was going to pay a little over $1500 but I had to pay a little over $300, and they ask for a credit or debit card. Again, I left the office because my insurance company required me to do the labs and I should not have to pay for them. When I called my insurance company, they confirmed that I should not have to pay for labs under my policy and that they would contact the local and the regional office to find out what’s going on. Previously, I had done my labs with LabCorp, but every time they tried to bill me so I went to quest. Apparently quest is no more ethical than LabCorp.

What terrible customer service, because there is no other adjective that can be used, how helpless one feels in the face of the power of the people who have the "customer service" service in their hands and have "who they serve and who they don't." , these people should dedicate themselves to another occupation, because when it comes to this, they are poor in spirit and in understanding what a service provider is.
The people in this office should be re-educated (although I have my doubts that they will improve) regarding the parameters of customer service and not give a poor image to the company.

Even with an appointment they were over 30min late to take me. In fact they took a later appointment than me before me! They pulled names showing they were on time and just didn’t bring you in

The service offered in Casselberry is pathetic and attitude towards customers is rude. There was not enough seating available for customers and do not allow to stand inside the lobby as well. My GTT got cancelled as I had to step out the lobby and explanation from staff was something odd. I have visited Longwood Quest before and staff over there is very friendly and compassionate as well.

There was a wait to be seen and no seating available. A staff member came in from lunch or shopping and rudely said, "If you're not seated, you need to wait outside." There were (4) of us patiently waiting. As I exited the room, I said, "That was rude," which evoked a 2nd response from her of, "That wasn't rude, but a statement." I plan to report this to the corporate office for the horrible expression of customer service. There's no need to respond at the store level because it will only make the environment more hostile. Just sad that people have no respect toward others anymore!!! ?

Tech was very sweet. She made the visit as pain free as possible. I'm hard to stick and this tech chose the butterfly and pediatric tubes without being asked.

I went in with an appointment and was told they didn't have my paperwork despite my being aware the office sent it
The woman instead of looking dismissed me and I never got my blood work, wasting my time . I called the doctor's office and they said the order had been sent and they also sent me a copy and I was not allowed to have my scheduled appointment fulfilled.

The ladies are great. I have to have blood work done weekly and I hate needles. They always make sure that I am comfortable and relaxed before they proceed.
They make sure that everyone is aware of any delays that they might be facing so that it gives you the option to wait or go to another location.
Courteous and polite.

Opinion, racist, although I am an American citizen, I do not speak English, I am a sick old man, I asked for help and a Hispanic technician from the place told me that she would help me but that she had someone assisting me, after having me sit for an hour I demanded her attention. The people who arrived after me, without an appointment, made the appointment in front of me, and I complained that I was before them, and she (the technician) had not helped me. And she rudely answered that she was going to attend to me when all the appointments were over, she would attend to me. Of course, after two hours, people continued arriving and making their appointments through a digital machine that I did not understand and that never attended to me. I left with chest pain because I seem to have a bad heart and the displeasure was enormous. They should take action with that person and apologize to me, my analysis is urgent, and because of their behavior I could not do it. I demand compensation.
