“Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow and did I say wow! I am a retired customer service trainer for a top 10 company. And I just received some of the best customer service I have ever gotten from any company.I was truly shocked to have gotten such good service. I put in a work order for my quantum j4 wheelchair and not only did he do what I asked but he went above and beyond which most do not do anymore to make sure that I was happy. He adjusted other things that it needed as he carefully overlooked my wheelchair. Chris I is my wheelchair superhero. Not only is he brilliant at his craft but he has a very great personality and calming way. Any company would be blessed to have such an employee. He knows what he's doing and he likes what he is doing and those factors put together make for an excellent employee. I would love Mr Sego to give me a call so that I can elaborate even further. I would love to see Chris I get a raise as he is so deserving of it. Employees like this are hard to find and when you do have one treat them well and they'll be with you forever. I think also he should have a $10,000 bonus lol. All teasing aside I really do feel he should get a raise. Thank you for having such an excellent employee come out to my home and I will be glad to pass the word about the great service at Segos medical equipment. You have a customer for life. “This pharmacy has taken care of me since day one when my doctor sent over my scripts if they didn't fill yours they must have had a good reason I've never had a problem with this pharmacy the staff have always been more then kind to me and at Christmas time they gave my wife and I stocking stuffers right off the shelf at no cost Paul has been great and so has his staff I will continue to go here thank you sunshine pharmacy for all you do for me I appreciate it thank you again this pharmacy is a rare find for sure you usually don't get both friendly service and nice staff it's one of the other but I will see them soon thank you”
