“I was beguiled into a timeshare scam by Vistana resort in Orlando Florida. They tricked me into signing a mortgage, telling me they were just checking my credit for my worthiness and the timeshare wouldn’t appear on my credit report. I was also told I would be able to give back the timeshare anytime I wanted if I decide I don’t like it. After trying to secure a booking and I was denied by the resort, I tried returning the timeshare, only to find out it was reported on my credit and that I would have to pay the mortgage in full before they can think of how to take it back from me.
