I had an excellent experience at the Casselberry store. The salesman Abraham was amazing! My phone was not keeping its charge. He did
tests and discovered I was using the wrong charger and cord. Excellent customer service and patience. I knew the minute he opened the door for me, I had the best person. He needs to train others to be like him and I will definitely use him when I need a new phone.

Jacob was an absolute delight! After having several issues with a walmart verizon phone, he was able to resolve all the problems, and even work it out with a better phone! It was a birthday gift for my daughter, which is tomorrow, so he really saved me!! 5 stars ?

I received solid guidance from Rob Collins (at the Casselberry Cellular sales store) about the best plan for my needs/budget, and an available promotion which made me eligible for a new iPhone. I was very grateful since I am retired with limited income.
Rob also made himself readily available when follow-up assistance was needed, and was quick to resolve an unexpected billing issue. Would highly recommend!
