“I had a great experience with this facility. It started with a check engine light, and I took it to have a diagnostic done on it, and they found some hoses that were causing a vacuum leak. So they gave me a quote on that, and we had scheduled a time for me to come back on that, and before I could make it back in, I had a coolant fan problem. Michelle worked with me on both of these issues, and she was great to work with. I found her and the staff to be very professional and knowledgeable, and they completed the work promptly. Michelle did a great job working with my warranty company on the cooling fan. I would recommend this company and Michelle any day.”

I was afraid that we weren't going to be able to drive it back to Michigan, but his employee Tony was able to change out a faulty injector and get us back on the road within 24 hours. “I went to Jaguar South Orlando to get a cosmetic repair. While I was there I asked them to look over my car, my Jaguar F-TYPE. They did a very thorough 34-point check, if I remember correctly, and recommended a few repairs. After discussing with me, we went ahead and did the repairs, one stop shopping, lol. “I contacted Mr. Shyam about an oil leak that left oil all over my driveway and caused low oil lights. He had me bring my SUV in, thoroughly inspected it, and even showed me the source of the leak. He was honest and pointed out that some oil on the engine was from me adding oil, rather than trying to upsell me like other shops.
He found the real issue—a missed seal from a previous oil change at a big chain shop. He replaced the seal, added fresh oil and a new filter, and even cleaned the undercarriage. Everyone was welcoming and professional, and I’ve already scheduled my other vehicle for service.
This will be my family’s go-to shop! If you want honest and reliable service, check them out. I’ll monitor the repair and update if needed, but so far, I’m very pleased!”
