“The thought of trading in my car of 10 years and upgrading to a family vehicle was something I had put off for months. I’m not a huge fan of dealerships and haven’t always had the best experiences in the past, so I was definitely hesitant.

“I'm new to the Clermont area and found myself in a stressful situation with a flat tire and a second car that was making a strange shaking situation. We pulled into Mavis tires, and from the moment we arrived, Luis and Jacob were incredibly kind, patient, and helpful.
They took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything, and Luis being bilingual was excellent for my dad to communicate much easier.

“Battery clicked, didn't start. Called Headquarter Honda and they said it's covered under warranty, bring it in and no appointment needed. Car started, I drove in, no appt., they checked and replaced battery and washed car. Quick, efficient, well done. I couldn't get it there during work week since service closes at 6pm but got it there Saturday. If needed, warranty would have covered towing it.”
“I stopped in without an appointment after my car suddenly went into limp mode with multiple engine warning lights, and Leslie got me taken care of right away. He quickly got my car in, ran diagnostics, and discovered that another shop had significantly overfilled my oil, which was causing the problem. He and another technician fixed the issue in the most cost-effective way, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road fairly quickly.
I really appreciated Leslie's honesty, professionalism, and efficiency. They not only solved my immediate problem, but they also earned my trust. Leslie and Tire Kingdom have for sure won my business for future maintenance issues, and definitely now for oil changes!”
“I would like to preface this review by stating that I am an Automotive Service Writer in the NE. I am buying my parents vehicle for my daughter and my Father brought the car in for a state of health inspection prior to delivering it to my Daughter . This shop, much like mine, is run with integrity and honesty! These folks could have handily told my Father the vehicle needed brakes and tires all the way around (which is what my Father had anticipated) and they did not. They performed an oil service utilizing Amsoil oil (top of the line!!) for under a hundred bucks! I am beyond impressed! It’s so nice to see another shop operating honestly without breaking one’s bank. Forget the Stealership, if you live around this shop it behooves you to give them your business. They clearly care. *chefs kiss*”

“Too many issues to narrow down! Its what they do each and every time! They treated me with respect and dignity! They were always fair and honest! I drive a good distance to utilize this repair shop as it’s not just a shop it’s a family! And they have always treated us a such. When I say we have had issues, both cars from full ac repair,both radiators, full oil gaskets etc etc. they sure added up! Looking back I could have put all that toward a new car but as they had convinced me and reassured me my cars had too much life left in them to just give up on them.
When they tell me something is going bad soon I listened, when they say something is dangerous I stop and it’s in their hands till safe! For my family’s safety as well as mine.
There are lots of option out there. Feel free to check them all out especially dealerships. But if you want to simply be treated with respect, dignity and fairness give them a shot. Worst case scenario you can check off a box. Doesn’t hurt to try. I challenge you to find better service, quality and price.”
“I was there today looking at a GV 70 and Andre the sales person was very professional very patient and tried to Meet my number as far as monthly payment. We didn’t make a deal however I will definitely contact Andres again. hopefully he will call me and we can agree on the number and I can drive away with the GV 70”
“I have a 2016 Prius maintained by the dealerships until they began to lie about what was needed to be replaced in addition to my schedule per Toyota. I began taking my vehicle to Christian automotive and the experience was stark I difference. I was greeted with respect and my vehicle was checked with complete accuracy. I follow Toyota maintenance requirements as closely as possible. They did not tell my my windshield wipers had to be replaced or they were the wrong size. I knew my battery was dead because my messages in my vehicle let me know. The cleaned the carbon build up around my carborater. My spark plugs were replaced and all my related components were recalibrated due to battery replacement. I know these things had to happen because I watched on YouTube regularly to lead me to understand the problem that crops up with this vehicle. To repeat myself I am getting almost 60 mpg from 48 mpg when I allowed Christian Brothers Automotive to service my vehicle. Thank you time and the staff.”

“This was our third time bringing my wife's Audi Q5 in for an annual service. We don't do a lot of driving these days so once a year is enough. As always, we got great service. I'm always impressed at how clean the facility is kept, very neat and tidy. They do a great job of inspecting our car to make sure we get things repaired as needed. And they aren't pushy when you decide to put off suggested repairs. Are they expensive, yes. But I don't mind paying knowing that my wife's baby is well cared for. They really do know their stuff. And, they are always super friendly. Glad there is an alternative to the Audi dealership on the other side of Orlando.”

“While on vacation in Orlando FL, I stopped at this location on 7/26 to purchase a screwdriver and ask if they knew of any mechanics in the area. I was having issues with the AC in my car. I experienced probably the BEST customer service at an Auto Parts. The customer rep that I spoke to (Buzz) was fantastic. He actually took the time to ask me the issue with the car, and to assist me in opening the hood, and swapping two relays. This was my first experience at an O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I am glad I stopped there. Thank You Buzz for your great customer service skills.”

“You will not get better service! I was changing a tire on my trailer when the jack gave way and dropped the trailer in the dirt. I had planned to come back a few days later with a better jack but got a call in the meantime from a staff member who noticed the missing tire and offered to jack up the trailer and replace it for me. Unbelievable. Highly recommend!”
