They don't just tell you whatever to get you out of there. They actually explain exactly what you need to do, how the process goes, and what to expect going forward. And that's 1 of the things I APPRECIATE the most is how much they really try to help the people that need the help the most!”

“I have been with State Farm for about three years, and my experience with Agent Kim has been outstanding. She is professional, always answers my calls promptly, and provides excellent service.
Currently, I have both my home and cars insured with State Farm. Last year, my car was damaged in a hit-and-run accident. Kim guided me through the claims process, helping me report the incident. Other than my deductible, State Farm managed the claim directly with the repair vendor, and my car was fixed without any issues.
The rates are reasonable, especially compared to the volatile market out there. Before State Farm, I was with Kinn Insurance. While the initial rate was low, the renewal cost nearly doubled the second year. Thanks to Kim’s expertise, she reviewed my policy with Kinn Insurance and found that my home—my most significant investment—was not adequately insured. I was at risk of losing everything in the event of a weather-related disaster.
