“We were on vacation from MI and I left my hose to my bipap machine at home. I slept Friday night without my machine, and woke up on Saturday feeling like absolute garbage. I was MISERABLE. I’m so grateful that I found Local C-Pap, and most importantly, that Kristine was working. Let me tell you, when they invented the word impressive, they had her in mind. This woman is bi-lingual. She was assisting a gentleman in Spanish, and he left with a smile. There was another couple ahead of us in line, and the phone never stopped ringing. Kristine was like a well oiled machine, she was helping people in the store, and on the phone. We were in and out in about 10-15 minutes, despite having a line of people ahead of us, and the phone calls pouring in. She never once seemed stressed or overwhelmed. She was amazingly calm, patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She was absolutely amazing, and she truly saved our vacation! Thank you for your help Kristine, you are truly remarkable at what you do. It was truly impressive to watch!”

“We used OMR upon recommendation from someone online. We wanted a stiller big enough for our 7 year old niece during her first Disney trip. I cannot recommend them enough! They dropped the stroller at bell services for our resort on our arrival day. In checkout day, we left it with bell services and they retrieved it after we left. It was so easy to be able to arrive and go and the same for departure day. They were in contact with us along the way regarding arrival and departure times as well. After we left, I realized we left our air tag hidden within the stroller. They were able to locate it and it’s on its way back to me at this moment! Thank you OMR! I will recommend you to anyone seeing a stroller for their trip!”

“My mom was having issues with her 2nd chair from this company, and the owner came out, evaluated it, and deemed it unacceptable. He took the broken chair and replaced it with a new one. He moved the old chair she had kept from the bedroom into the living room for us, too. He has communicated with us about timelines and expectations with the new chair, as well.He ensured mom had the chair she liked, and that fit her. He went above and beyond to correct the issue. He really cares about his clients and making sure they are satisfied.Thank you, James. We appreciate you.”
“This was a great 1st experience. My 73 yr old mother needed a mobility scooter to get around while on vacation. They dropped it off, explained how to use it and showed us how to break it down in order to transport it everywhere. Also, considering the parks charge $65-75/day (plus a refundable $100 deposit), this was a wayyyyyy cheaper option. Would definitely recommend❤️”

“I called 2 companies to rent a scooter for my 71-year old mom so she can enjoy our trips to the Disney theme parks. This company, Yellow Scooters, was so much easier to work with and they were flexible with the schedule plus their rates were very reasonable. My mom was initially scared to rent a scooter because she said that the scooters at the grocery stores were hard for her to control. But I’m so glad that I found this company because we had a great experience! It was totally worth renting the scooter for my mom. She was glad that we rented one. She started using the scooter with very low speed until she got the hang of it. It was actually easy to use. The only thing about the scooter was you need to know to put the gear in neutral when loading into the car and you’ll need help as it was heavy so luckily my brother was with me. I have a Subaru Forester so half of the back seat had to be down for the scooter to fit in the back, which means losing 2 seats for people. Just something to note. Overall, our experience with this company was great. They dropped off and picked up as planned, their rates were reasonable and the scooter served its purpose :)”

“Acorn Stairlift came through for me. At first they did not honor my payment made a year ago towards maintenance of my unit but after a negative yelp review they came through and I don't have to pay again for something I already paid for. Note: in order to maintain your warranty you must do annual service on the unit which costs $500. This is in the fine print.”

“I'm in town for work from across the country I had a severe outbreak of gout in my knee I wasnt able to make it to the bathroom I called this company which does not do deliveries normally but when they found out my situation they agreed to bring a set of crutches to my hotel.If you know anything about gout is extremely painful it's been compared to in medical journals as as painful as a woman giving birth, or a compound open fracture, so when these guys did me this favor and brought me these crutches they saved me from an unbelievable amount of pain over the next 3 or 4 days until this goes away. So thank you guys, perfect job, great company. If you're reading this review do business with them.”
