“Amazing service Alex and Alvaro were amazing to work with! My insurance didn’t want to provide a second boot after my first broke (different company’s boot) and Alex made it work. Alvaro was so sweet and helped me get my boot fitted correctly.”

“I’ve been very happy with the rentals from Buena Vista. I’ve rented while staying at Disney several times and the pick up and delivery has been great. If I had an issue, they addressed it asap. Than you for service. ?”

“The folks are amazing. Disney made an error and would not allow them to deliver our chair to the room, they trued twice, we were in the parks and could not be reached. When we returned to the room we called and I believe Julie(sorry if I got your name incorrect) called me back. This was a Sunday night. She was so kind, she called me back within a half hour to notify me that she had a gentleman who would bring the chair at 8pm, again on a Sunday night. I notified the management at the Disney resort and of course they let him in. Great service. Highly recommend. Thank you”

“This place has all good reviews for a reason. Not just because we are all thankful to get the parts we forgot when we left home but because of their customer service as well. I highly recommend this business!”

“This was the second machine I have received (other broke ) and John was excellent. The last time, with a different company, I was never shown how to use it. They sent it to my house and I had to follow written directions. Here they not only showed me how, he stopped and made sure I knew how to put everything together and how to use it. He also made sure I had the app set up and could get on. I was very happy with the service Ellen Harris”

“I had a great experience working with this team. Even though I didn’t end up purchasing equipment, they took the time to provide thoughtful, expert guidance throughout the process. Their knowledge and experience were clear from the start, and they patiently answered every question I had without any pressure. What stood out most was their professionalism and genuine willingness to help—something that’s not always easy to find. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for honest advice and a team that truly knows their field.”

“We were so impressed with Florida Mobility. We went to Disney back in February and I made it fine on the first day until around 5:00. I have a hurt foot and I was DONE walking to the point of tears. I made it back to the room and my husband and daughter decided that I was going to get a scooter for the next two days. We had heard of Florida Mobility from friends so my daughter emailed them at 8:00 that first night and by 8:00 the next morning we had heard from them and they delivered a scooter to us. It was great!!!! Then they came and picked it up the day we were leaving. Great service! I’ll recommend them to everyone. Thank you Florida Mobility, we’ll see you next time we come.”

“The installer showed up about 8:00am and the entire installation was completed by 11:30am! Unbelievable! I was totally impressed.. courteous, efficient and respectful. The Acorn stair lift is impeccable and well designed and built. Should’ve installed this years ago!”

“Needed a scooter suddenly or I would have missed the rest of the family vacation. We called around and APR worked with us wonderfully in getting a scooter to me and the return was easy. I used eco mode all day and it seemed the battery never went down but we followed their instructions and charged it every night. I couldn't have continued our vacation without this company's scooter!”

“Our family had an exceptional experience with the hospice team that cared for my husband. From the very beginning, they treated him—and all of us—with dignity, compassion, and deep respect. Every member of the team, from the nurses to the support staff, showed genuine kindness and professionalism. They were attentive not only to his medical needs but also to his comfort and emotional well-being. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never rushed us, and always made us feel supported during an incredibly difficult time. What stood out most was their compassion. They didn’t just provide care—they provided comfort, reassurance, and a sense that we were not alone in this journey. I am deeply grateful for the care my husband received and would wholeheartedly recommend this hospice to anyone in need of compassionate end-of-life support.”

“I cannot speak highly enough of this company! My partner and I were at Universal Studios Orlando for a week but after the first day in the parks my back and feet were screaming. I tried to rest up and go back the next day and had to call it quits before noon. Yellow Scooters saved my trip! I submitted a rental request on Tuesday and got a call that evening from a gal apologizing that they wouldn’t be able to deliver that night but they could the next morning. The delivery was on time and the delivery driver was friendly and communicative. When the first scooter they brought me had a problem with the battery they delivered a whole new scooter to the park I was at and traded it out for me! That’s above and beyond, I wish I’d had cash to tip Guy, the delivery driver. Very reasonably priced, friendly, and do what they can to help as quickly as possible. I will absolutely rent from this company again in the future!”

“Acorn Stairlift came through for me. At first they did not honor my payment made a year ago towards maintenance of my unit but after a negative yelp review they came through and I don't have to pay again for something I already paid for. Note: in order to maintain your warranty you must do annual service on the unit which costs $500. This is in the fine print.”
