He was here for hours, but remained super nice throughout and extremely informative. To first time users as ourselves, he was especially clear about the equipment, codes and usage. We needed that. The chairlift was an education on all what goes into the installation. Impressive! Sturdy product, looks modern, hand operated or remotes that can direct chair's movement...all combined into a very remarkable product. Aaron was the perfect representative for Acorn Stairlifts, Inc. Ryan, the rep from Numotion was great and understood completely what I was looking for in a new chair, but also what is going to work best for my particular needs. And gave me a realistic time frame of when I could expect to get it. So thumbs up from me! 05/25/2026 I've recently had the pleasure to meet Gabriel, a top-notch technician with Numotion, who replaced a failing Rojo cushion I had on my wheelchair. The process was pretty fast, a week or less, especially when you consider the paperwork that everybody has to jump through, Numotion included. Gabriel was patient, kind, professional, charismatic and made sure my cushion pressure level that I prefer was just right before they would leave. He's a stellar representative for the company. At first they did not honor my payment made a year ago towards maintenance of my unit but after a negative yelp review they came through and I don't have to pay again for something I already paid for. Note: in order to maintain your warranty you must do annual service on the unit which costs $500. This is in the fine print.”
