“I went to this location just shortly after being placed on the CPAP and the young lady that was working the day after Thanksgiving showed me things about the mask in a few minutes that I had not known from my first appointment. She showed me how to break it down and told me how clean it. She also told me about liners that I could get to protect my skin. Even though I don't purchase the bulk of my supplies, because I receive them via the VA, when I need something that they won't supply, I will definitely purchase from this store if they have a supply of what I need. Excellent customer service! The best that I have seen in a long time.”

“I can't recommend this company more highly. I found them through the Better Business Bureau ratings when I was in a jam. My husband had a kidney transplant and I was pushing him for all the doctors appointments in a manual wheelchair. Then I dislocated my shoulder, but I had to get him to his appointments. I know, my family threatens to wrap me in bubble wrap! I had a scooter from before I had my knee replacements; the battery had died, and I had let it go. Then I realized I needed it to be fixed so I could get my husband back-and-forth to the transplant center. James and his crew were wonderful. I explained my predicament and he came out that morning. He picked up my pride mobility scooter and took it back to the shop. He brought it back to me that same day. I never even asked about the cost because I was kind of at his mercy. But he was extremely fair and kind. If I ever need more repairs, I will call this company.”

“This was a great 1st experience. My 73 yr old mother needed a mobility scooter to get around while on vacation. They dropped it off, explained how to use it and showed us how to break it down in order to transport it everywhere. Also, considering the parks charge $65-75/day (plus a refundable $100 deposit), this was a wayyyyyy cheaper option. Would definitely recommend❤️”

He moved the old chair she had kept from the bedroom into the living room for us, too. He has communicated with us about timelines and expectations with the new chair, as well.He ensured mom had the chair she liked, and that fit her. He went above and beyond to correct the issue. “I am so pleased to write this review for Bailey’s Medical. They saved us from our reoccurring ordering nightmare. A nightmare which my Mom endured for nearly 6 months.Our story - My mother (77 yrs old) was having the hardest time getting her ostomy supplies from a well known medical supply company. This company was the same company the in-home nursing company utilized, which means when she transitioned to self-care she only had to take over the actual ordering. It was her active account, with bag information, all her insurance information, order history etc. Should have been easy right? Wrong! Mom was given the runaround.. often placed in the middle of what may best be described as “finger-pointing” buck passers. My mother, wanting to be amenable, would try to jump through the hoops. She was made the go between the Doctor’s office and supply company processing//insurance department. She would call and be placed hold so they could “research what’s going on”, hold to then be transferred to a supervisor, hold receive a new set of instructions. It’s beyond my understanding how people, especially those without family to advocate, manage this system. There needs to humanity and compassion in this line of business. Often those in need of supplies are struggling, healing, or learning to navigate a new way of life. Therefore, the last thing they should be doing is worrying about having the supplies they need. NEED!Finally fed up with the excuses, I reached out to Bailey’s Medical Supplies… who is and remains our saving grace! Placed our first order and I thought, wait it cannot be this easy… but alas it was. Jolene is our representative and I’m giving her a shout-out because she is a rock star! She went above and beyond, ensuring we had what we needed when we needed it. Calls answered and emails are addressed quickly. I imagine the entire Bailey team makes the process what it is - a well oiled machine. So what was once a dreaded must do - is now No Problem! A huge and heartfelt THANK YOU!”

“I'm in town for work from across the country I had a severe outbreak of gout in my knee I wasnt able to make it to the bathroom I called this company which does not do deliveries normally but when they found out my situation they agreed to bring a set of crutches to my hotel.If you know anything about gout is extremely painful it's been compared to in medical journals as as painful as a woman giving birth, or a compound open fracture, so when these guys did me this favor and brought me these crutches they saved me from an unbelievable amount of pain over the next 3 or 4 days until this goes away. So thank you guys, perfect job, great company. If you're reading this review do business with them.”

By noon the technician called to say he was on his way and minutes later arrived at my door with my snazzy new device. He took a few moments to point out features that I probably would not have noticed and left.The company said it would get the device to me quickly and kept that promise.”
