“ASTONISHING. Couldn’t be more perfect. I was In a car accident last year almost lost my life. My cousin at the time was my passenger and lost her life. Last minute I needed a memorial sign for her one year of passing. She still had no Headstone placed. Fast signs did an excellent job. There was miscommunication as I placed this order from New York. The size was too small to fit my plaque holder. They quickly fixed it and even let me keep the smaller sign. I felt like I took a little peace of her with me back to New York. They met all my expectations and more. Caring professional and very fast I even made my flight on time as I was traveling the same day. I pray God blesses each staff. “The Staff working at this particular UPS store. Last week I went in to pick up several (8) large boxes that had been delivered there to me. IGOR was very helpful by assisting me in gathering up the package notifications and getting them all signed and my all of my packages located. While I was trying to figure out the best way to get them all out to my car, PAULO got a dolly and loaded them up and took them out to my car for me. That was unexpected, but greatly appreciated. I have gone into the store several times since then and each time that I go in IGOR steps right up and asks me how he can help. It is obvious that IGOR is both very friendly and professional and goes out of his way to assist the customer. Today, I needed to have several copies made of an important email that I had received.
